Appearance: Long dark blue hair worn in a low ponytail (like 1770s style) and wore Victorian styled clothing (like this), he has orange eyes and a few scars. Very handsome, lean muscular body type.
Personality: Quiet, but very passionate. He is quick, and can notice something wrong faster than others. Loves Bree, but doesn’t know how to tell her, but he shows it through his devotion to her.
Abilities: His body has been genetically modified to be the ultimate warrior, so he has superhuman abilities and advanced senses, if pushed he can transform, due to the genetic modification. He is very quick and agile, able to tell/see his opponent’s health and can use that information to his advantage. Mastered both armament and observation haki.
Devil Fruit: Blood Fruit, a Paramencia type which allows users to manipulate themselves or their surroundings to change. This means he can blood bend a person, see what blood type a person is, or harden or liquefy it.
Weapons: A mix of worldly martial arts combined with a special scalpel

Bio: Xerxes was born in Flevance, but was not raised there for long because his parents traveled across the lands to treat people, well the elite. So as they traveled, Xerxes learned about the medical field through his parents' lessons or by watching them, and in no time he started to help his parents. One day, during their travels, Xerxes ate the Blood fruit on accident but never told his parents that he ate it. The Nostran family was soon doctoring a Celestial Dragon, who was dying of old age and ordered the doctors to make him immortal, next thing you know Xerxes’ mom and dad were executed because they couldn’t make their patient immortal, and he was thrown into Celestial Labs. During his time at the Labs, he used his medical knowledge and experience to help treat some of the kids; he could make his and other’s blood cells stronger so that poison immunity would be higher.The scientists would always beat him and Bree would always stand up for him, earning most of the beatings in return; this sparked an interest in Bree. He also worked with Teuta to un-brainwash the kids, and when he and the 8 other kids escaped, he helped kill the guards and scientists within the lab. Instead of joining the revolutionaries, he became a traveling doctor and assassin, earning himself more medical experience and combat knowledge. When Bree was an undercover Marine, Xerxes was her ‘target’, however they would meet and discuss the future. When Bree and Teuta ‘betrayed’ the WG and started to work with the Revolutionary Army, Xerxes would travel with Bree, Teuta and Lilli on missions, one mission they ran into the Strawhats when their shabby boat started to sink. Bree would go into town with Zoro, and she came back into a horrid state due to a new poison that slowly decomposes her organs, gave her frequent seizures, and makes her blood extremely toxic for her body. Xerxes would always be on her side to help ease her pain from that day on. He would beat himself up for not knowing the cure or doing what Law said, collect new organs for her, quickly; organs were hard to find, and they would look in the only place they could look, the black market. Once they would find all the organs needed, Law told Xerxes that he and Chopper would help do the operation. It became apparent over time that it was very important to give Bree blood transfusions frequently. The poison that was injected was like cancer, traveling via her blood to attack her internal organs. It was something that would not go away no matter what you did. Not without the combined devil fruit powers that Law and Xerxes. Once Aalis joined the crew, they would work together to analyze the toxic blood- in hopes they could make an antidote to this seemingly incurable poison.
