hey hi hello. i really, really, REALLY could use some help. ive been trying to put it off and do it on my own but theres a laundry list of reasons why its been difficult. 🫩 (i know its difficult for a lot of people right now, i dont expect anyone to give me anything, this is just a Just In Case post!!)

my car insurance is renewing on the 10th, and i need about $40 to get what i need. i'm semi-homeless and doing deliveries is my main source of money right now so i absolutely can not let my insurance lapse again. (you have to have insurance to work for doordash and other delivery companies)

absolutely ANYTHING helps!! i'll keep this post updated if i happen to get anything and then turn off reblogs if im able to reach my goal.

One of the compelling things about Project Hail Mary is that you can't fix it.

the theme of spiderman: brand new day being about non romantic love!! the ongoing throughline being that peter needs to not be so alone, that he needs friends. the way jean's story was about her sister. the way frank cried for peter, was soft with him like that, apologised like that because he cared about peter. the way mj's boyfriend doesn't matter at all because what matters is that she's ned's friend. the way the first person who remembered peter was his best friend, his oldest friend because of their special handshake. the way peter being bruce's friend was enough to snap him back from being hulk. the way peter being jean's friend so that she's not so alone is the entire reason we have an ending as happy as we do.

the way these non-romantic relationships are so important to the story.
