I absolutely cannot with people arguing that Shane doesn’t have an ED — I totally respect opinions and I know RR said Shane doesn’t have one, but anyone who’s ever experienced disordered eating habits can see CLEAR AS DAY that Shane has an ED (scared to say the full thing on here).

yes, high performance athletes need to eat healthy. healthy means getting enough nutrients, and having BALANCE in your meals. for Shane’s rock bottom to be him eating a candy bar just further proves the bad habits he’s grown accustomed to.

I like RR (have heard mixed reviews but haven’t noticed anything myself) but to completely disregard such an important topic makes me really sad. love u all!!
