between then and the waxing crescent, combine 1/4 dried chamomile flower, 2tbs each dried & cut marshmallow root, dried & cut eucalyptus leaf, and dried & cut hyssop in a mortar & pestle. add 3/8 cup sea salt, mix. put in 8oz jar. either use right away, or save and use during a waxing crescent moon.

after, wash hair & body as normal, really making sure to get every part of the head and body. after bath, meditate & reset personal energy wards and/or energy wards of the home.

You can usually find books on witchcraft, yes, but there’s also field guides on local foraging and wildlife, cookbooks, books that teach you how to craft and DIY, books about environmental protection and stewardship, books on how to use herbs medicinally, books about other religions, cultures, and spiritual practices. My favorite local library even has a seed swapping program and fantastic resources to research your own family history!

By now, you're probably aware of those targeted mailers comparing the upcoming April 21 ballot measure to Jim Crow era laws or using images of Gov. Spanberger or Barack Obama to encourage you to vote no. And you've probably also seen the YouTube ads and TV commercials using Civil Rights and MLK imagery, claiming that the redistricting is to "silence Black and Brown voices."
All of these are financed by the "Democracy and Justice" and "Justice For Democracy" political action committees, which are a private pac duo chaired and financed by MAGA Republicans - former Republican delegate for Hampton, A.C. Cordoza, following last year's failed re-election bid, and attorney Christopher Woodfin of Woodfin Law in Williamsburg and the Zaremba Center for Estate Planning in Yorktown.

Anti-redistricting PAC again misleads voters, this time about President Obama’s position (The Virginia Independent)
Virginia will be a key state in the upcoming midterm elections and this misinformation campaign is a deliberate attempt to mislead and deceive POC voters. Current district lines have gerrymandered the state into Republican-lead chunks in several key areas which would otherwise swing blue based on voting history.
The current ballot measure is by no means a perfect or permanent solution to current electoral or representation problems, but the redistricting is also TEMPORARY, with the text stating that the districting lines are to be re-evaluated again in 2030.
I'd like to encourage everyone to visit Ballotpedia to get the particulars on this and other upcoming ballot measures, as well as the November midterms. You can also use resources on the site to check your voter registration, renew it if necessary, and find out where to vote.

This is one I really like. I used to keep a small bowl at the ready (refreshed weekly), though I now just make smaller bowls whenever the need strikes.
This is one I crafted for those days when my insecurities are a little too heavy. I am definitely my biggest critic and my own worst enemy some days. So, for when those negative thoughts are loud.
Materials
Small bowl
Salt
Crushed rosemary
Pinch of black pepper
Combine salt, rosemary, and pepper in a bowl.
Dip your fingers in the mixture, then flick it away from you and say, "Not mine to carry."
You may want to rest your fingers in the salt first, taking a moment to let those negative thoughts and feelings be absorbed. As you flick the salt away, visualize your insecurities being flung away.
Follow up with any self-care activity that feels right to you. Personally, I'm fond of having a cup of rose or lavender tea.
