To those of you who like me, will be graduating next month:

Here is to the nights staying up late to make sure you absorb as much information as you can for the exam. For the many times you cried because the exam score was not what you were expecting. To the people who never got a "I'm proud of you," to those who had harsh professors or teachers, to those who stayed up praying to make it through their final year of school, to those of you who still dream of furthering your education one day.

Congratulations!!!!! I'm so proud of you and all your achievements. Here's to the future and what it holds.

To the girl last year who was about to meet yet another man who would ruin her life by saying "I think I was only using you" :

Do not stop. For anyone. For any of these stupid boys who wanted to drive you down. The issue with people letting you down is within themselves and never to be a flaw within you. Please know you're valuable and place sticky notes everywhere to remind yourself if you have to.

Look how far you've gotten. You'll be graduating in 4 months with your bachelor's degree and you'll finally have a stable home instead of bouncing around like the past 5 years. Trust in God. Trust your instincts. Live, don't just exist. This is a new beginning. A fresh, clean start. The hurts, leave all that in this year and if you do remember them, say "you belong in the past year. You're trapped there. Don't come here to bother me."
