Folks, friends, y’all…. esk*mo is a slur. I understand a lot of people don’t know that, I don’t want to be a dick about it, but I’ve been seeing it in fics. Wanna write “esk*mo kisses”? Just say “nuzzled noses” or something.

I’m not here to call anybody out, it’s been in multiple fics, I’m not vague posting. This is just a psa. 👍🏻

There are a lot of other Peoples referred to by that term in Alaska as well: the Iñupiat, Yupik, Aleut, Eyak, Tlingit, Haida, Tsimshian, and Northern Athabaskan. One slur to rule them all I guess.

 Is 3,177 words suitable for a chapter of a fanfic? I’ve hit a point that’d make a nice chapter break, but idk if i should go longer, usually my chapters are between 2,000 and 3,500 words.

Remembering the time i tried signing up for twitter and got to the verification code part and freaked the fuck out when i got a phone call instead. This happened twice and i had no clue why. 

I had never panicked so much in my life. 

apparently the Twitter system plays Russian Roulette with new sign ups, deciding whether or not to give them a phone call or just send them a fucking text.

I hate that, as a person who get anxiety form answering the phone for people i know, getting a random unknown number with an American location (While living in Australia) Is the worst possible thing

Sometimes i have to go google the definition of words i use in my writing after using them. Just because i’m not 100% faithful that my brain is remembering exactly how to use the word.

usually i remember what scenario to use the word in, not the meaning itself.

So I just saw your Spinel arts and I have to tell you that you just draw her so stupid as hell! You've done a terrible job making her because spinel is one of the worst characters I've ever seen and the movie should never exist! I don't care what kind of fucking asks you've been sent but you should be ashamed of yourself because you did a crappy job! And you should know I'm always offended when I see spinel around and I just hope you stop making arts soon! That's all I can say for now.

I don’t really care if one person hates my art, at least I know that 150+ others do!! so no, my dear anon friend, I will NOT stop making art. Hate comments like this will only make me WANT to make MORE art!! So guess what, if you had just kept your mouth shut, the world wouldn’t have changed at all. I would be happier if you had been quiet!! is your point just to make me feel bad? Because even if you don’t like my art, I do!! Maybe you should try COMPLIMENTING someone, instead of putting them down!!
