(in russian there is a internet on the internet "I have paws" or "but I have paws", it means that you can't do and/or don't want to do something, because you are just a kitty cat and you cant do anything because you need hands for that, it's difficult to do things using your paws, like "I need to do my homework but I have paws..." or "my manager yelled at me for not doing my job right but I have paws")
