The many noses of Cloud Strife

How do you organize your layers when doing character sketches?

I still think Cloud as Calcifer is more fitting but it was easier to draw him as a teenaged Markl. Pose and face is drawn from Mahito from the film The Boy and the Heron

I tried incorporating some of the colors from baby Cloud’s infantryman uniform and the Fenrir emblem. I got fed up by the time I got to drawing the buster sword lol

I have some baby Cloud as baby Markl doodles that I may try and finish.

I may try Tifa as Lottie next or Sephiroth as Madam Suleiman or the Witch of the Wasteland.
