The black dress had been made specifically for her, stitched by hand to make sure it fit perfectly, respecting the shape of her body and making her look as she was supposed to: flawless. Walburga Black spent her money as she wanted, never worrying about exceeding a price range, she demanded the best every single time, no matter the cost. And as she walked through the gardens, the beautiful fabric flowing behind her as she moved, it was obvious this dress was in the level of perfection that she always desired. 

“The flowers look quite lovely, don’t you think?” She wondered out loud, knowing that the other person was listening. “But the cold is coming and…” She took out her wand with a quick and swift move, one of the flowers catching fire, the beautiful petals burning until they turned into ashes. “They are too weak to survive.”

Arthur turned as he heard a woman’s voice. He didn’t recognize the voice, but he did recognize her face. He wasn’t quite sure how he had known who she was but it seemed like everyone at least knew of the Walburga Black. 

He looked back at the flowers as she spoke, nodding his head happily. “They look so gorgeous.” His mouth gaped open as he saw her next move, killing the flowers that were there a minute again. “But they’re just flowers. Shouldn’t we just let them die when they die? No thing deserves to be burnt to ashes.” He said, forgetting who he was even speaking to.

Arthur knew who Cinderella was thankfully, due to being up on muggle culture. “You look like Cinderella as well.” He acknowledged. “Would you like to dance or do something of the sort? Or we could just continue to talk as well.”

Arthur was a bit taken back when a women addressed him. The women who had been near Lucinda, making him assume she was in one way or another related to the younger girl. “It would be my pleasure, ma’am.” Arthur replied with a smile before looking at Lucinda. “Would you like to dance? It’s okay if you don’t want to, of course. No pressure at all.”

I’m going to need another glass of champagne and some stilts or something.

Stilts are actually very common in the muggle world, mainly for entertainment but still, they could work for your needs. Or rather maybe some milk since that makes you grow strong?

If that would make up for me practically rambling a mile a minute, I can do that any time that I’m around you. I know that’s not often but I do like to think that I can change for the better. That or I’m a great storyteller but I’m not sure you’d be very into that—not that that’s a bad thing, everyone has different interests.”
