Finally, after 2 weeks of redrawing frames and working nonstop Im so excited to share this with everyone! This is my first animatic so I know it’s not the best and I made a ton of mistakes, but no one is perfect! I really do hope you guys enjoy this because I worked so hard on it :)
DO NOT UPLOAD, REPOST, EDIT, STEAL ANYWHERE! Please no screenshots either! I do NOT have a YouTube, I only have Instagram and Tumblr, and I will only be posting on those! (My Instagram is teardroppeddew.)

AAAA OH MY GOSH

This works soo well!! Like the songs context is totally different but you made it fit something else wonderfully and just ughhhh I can’t express- and how interesting, it almost hints that deceit misses?? Virgil?? Which is not an idea is thought of??? Awesome job.
this is good
I’d just like to add, see how they behave when they’re angry/frustrated/exhausted, and if you see something that concerns you, wait until they’re calm, and then talk to them about it.
My husband used to yell when he got frustrated, but after I explained to him that I found it upsetting, he stopped yelling and started consciously working on asking for help before he got to that level of frustration.
When I’m upset over something, or just in a bad mood, I tend to withdraw. My husband explained to me that it makes him feel like I’m mad at him, so now when I need some space, I’ll tell him what I’m upset about, or that I’m in a bad mood for no particular reason, and I need to be alone for a little while.
See your friends and partners at their worst, but don’t assume that their worst is immutable. If someone loves and cares about you, they’ll try to accommodate you to the best of their ability.
^^^^ This is the best advice I’ve ever seen on this site, and it is so important. Communication is everything, and is 80% of the reason my husband and I have such a healthy, strong, and supportive relationship.
{oh honey, you are so much more than what is going through your mind right now.}
i basically have two moods, either lets do something spontaneous and awesome, or let’s just lay in bed all day and forget the world exists.

hi, I'm Katherine and yknow, I can't remember the name you just introduced yourself as 3 1/2 minutes ago but I can say my brother told me 5 years ago that little dried up bits of leftover paint in a batch of fresh paint are called goobers
Look at this puppy dog face
Look at that perfectly parabolic mouth shape, though
Nerd.
tell me, darling
what has your lost soul seen?
open your heart, beautiful
it doesn't have to be keen
we'll take it slow, sweetheart
let your pure heart have time
i know you're sensitive, honey
thats what makes you so kind
unpack it softly, gorgeous
i'll be right here
don't worry about it, angel
there's no need to fear
spill out your mind, lovely,
i want to see
the swirl of stories and memories
that you think is all you'll be
i'll hold your hand, sugar
i know thats not true
for even your darkest moments, darling
cannot distract from the radiance of you.

Not every artist can afford up to hundreds of dollars in programs. Take these and make something great!
Paint Tool Sai versions 1 and 2 were made by a single man named Koji Komatsu. It costs roughly $50/£40. If you intend on using it for commissions or making any kind of money please consider buying a license for it. The license covers both versions of Sai. It’s a single payment that ensures you will have access to all future updates and it supports a man that has created a genuinely wonderful product. You are not sticking it to any “system” by pirating Sai, you’re just denying a man money he’s earned by putting an affordable alternative to vastly overpriced software like Photoshop out there for us to use.
One of the reasons Sai 1 had few updates and it took so long for the developer to begin working on 2 was the sheer amount of piracy denying him money to continue working on such great programs. Hard work is worth paying for. Stop promoting the mistreatment of small businesses.
But Photoshop 100% pirate
i am not losing this fucking post again sorry y'all gotta see it
when i was a little girl i wanted to be harry potter. not hermione, i did loved her, but i wanted to be harry. the hero, the chosen one, the special one. when i saw star wars, i wanted to be luke skywalker. the gentle hero, the beacon of hope. when i saw iron man, i wanted to be tony stark. the one that learns from his mistakes and works on being a better version of himself.
i didn’t need to be a boy to be able to feel powerful and inspired by their stories. when i saw wonder woman, and when i now see captain marvel, i feel capable, powerful. i feel like kindness, empathy, wit, perseverance, all traditionally feminine traits, are all qualities that define a hero. i love that they’re women. but that’s only a part of what makes them powerful.
when men say they can’t relate to ww or cm, they are the problem. i see heroes. i see role models. if i see steve rogers and i see a hero, but they can only see carol danvers from a distance and as a pair of boobs, they are the problem.
let’s not pretend otherwise. they need to learn that heroes come in all genders, shapes and sizes. it’s time to tell their stories. it’s time to teach little boys to love heroes like captain marvel, the same way i loved harry potter.
things that actually do improve your mental health that of course won’t cure you and solve all your problems, but will significantly improve your quality of life:
• drinking enough water
• eating healthier
• getting enough exercise (even just doing a bit of yoga/stretching everyday or going for a walk)
• adopting a more positive mindset (not pretending everything’s fine, just not being overly negative and trying to see the brighter side of things and have hope for the future)
• taking a shower everyday and washing your hair enough, taking care of your skin, doing nice things for yourself every now and then (it doesn’t have to be costly, it could just be something small), and other forms of self care
• meditation (its actually proven to improve your mental health significantly and really helps with things like stress and anxiety)
• being more mindful about the media you consume and how its affecting you (e.g “hey i feel more anxious when im on social media because of this reason, I should decrease how much time i spend doing that”)
• practicing self love (although it’s hard, it’s absolutely necessary)
• writing in a diary, it can be a physical diary or just on your phone (really important for people who can’t get therapists or don’t have anyone to talk to)
please stop downplaying the positive impact that small practices like these can have on someone’s life just because they won’t fix everything. small improvements are still improvements. neglecting yourself and your health is terrible for your mind and any steps towards taking better care of yourself are really important
Top 12 alternatives to Photoshop for digital painters and illustrators
Hello there!
Yes, we haven’t done this in a while… but our inbox and chat are swamped with questions on the subject, so this article was very much needed.
it’s a simple list of art apps, but we know you love those :D
Enough with the intro, here it is, a list of twelve art apps you may want to check out.
ArtRage is an art program for beginners and professionals. With its minimal interface, it’s easy to keep the essential tools at hand without stealing space from the canvas. Panels can be moved around and tools can be customised. We all know how important it is for digital artists to be able to modify brushes!
Pros: easy to use; friendly interface; essential tools from professional apps available; available for iOS, Android, Windows and Mac
Cons: it may get sluggish with big files and when using big brushes, but performances also depend on the running machine; limited selection of editing tools if compared to Photoshop - ArtRage is more of a painting program rather than an editing one.
Paid
ArtRage Lite is a different version at a cheaper price, mostly for beginners, but also for professionals if they need the essential.
Now free, Sketchbook is the famous app created by Autodesk for various platforms.
Pros: clean, friendly interface; easy to use; professional features
Cons: lack of official tutorials; doesn’t offer as many tools as other apps (it’s down to the essential); paid subscription in Adobe style for the pro version
Free and paid
Black Ink is a powerful little program few actually know, but there’s a reason: this isn’t your classing drawing app. What’s cool about it is the vast selection of special brushes, completely non-realistic, and definitely able to boost your creativity.
Pros: vast selection of customisable brushes; excellent performance
Cons: not very easy to use; non-intuitive interface
Paid
This is probably the most complete software for painting, drawing and animation. It was originally known as Manga Studio, but with its updates and addition of features, it became Clip Studio Paint.
This doesn’t say much about the quality of the features themselves considering the affordable price (if you haven’t used the app yet, that is), but among graphic apps, this one is the top seller.
Pros: professional features for illustrators; layout tools for comic/manga artists; 3D reference models; customisable tools; various sales with special prices
Cons: the interface may not appear intuitive at first; the program may lag (again, performance also depends on the running machine)
Paid
GIMP is the famous open source image editor originally created for GNU/Linux and available for OS X and Windows.
Best known as Photoshop’s main competition, this is a manipulation program for both beginners and professionals who love design.
It offers many professional features, making the program a powerful tool.
Pros: professional editing tools; supports different formats; supported by different platforms; active community
Cons: in spite of the simple design, many options are hidden and it takes time to discover all the features; slow startup
Free
Krita is an open source painting app created by artists for artists.
Pros: easy to use; intuitive interface; great brush workflow; brush stabilizer; customisable brushes; general good performance; very enthusiastic, although small, community
Cons: it may be slow or even crash depending on the running computer and the app’s version; very few editing tools compared to Photoshop
Free
MediBang Paint is a free and light app for drawing and painting, perfect for manga and comic creation.
Pros: vast selection of brushes; cloud sharing; friendly, minimal interface (non-desktop app); also available for iPad, iPhone and Android
Cons: requires an account to use all features; non-intuitive interface (desktop version)
Free
Mischief is a sketching app with essential tools, useful for brainstorming and ideation.
Pros: infinite drawing canvas; friendly interface; easy to use; cheap pro version
Cons: few updates; offers only the essential (but that’s the point); no editing/adjustment tools
Free and paid
Corel’s jewel, Painter is the most famous software that offers digital tools able to give a traditional feel to brushes and canvas.
Pros: different selection of media; many professional features; PS-friendly
Cons: certain brushes may work slow; not easy to use at first; the software may crash (this is the most common report); pricey
Paid
Paintstorm Studio is a professional software for digital painting. It’s focused on the use of brushes and blending, which makes the software a little gem in the digital painting field.
Pros: good brush workflow; brush stabilizer; “close gap” feature; customisable interface and tools; professional features; affordable price
Cons: non-intuitive interface (desktop version)
Paid
Procreate is the powerful drawing app for iOS.
With the very sensitive Apple Pencil, Procreate is so easy to use that many artists chose the iPad over the most famous graphic tablets.
Pros: friendly interface; makes it easy to organise files; excellent brush workflow; customisable brushes; video recording; affordable price
Cons: hidden features; only available for iPad
Paid
SAI is a simple app for artists who want to focus on painting and drawing.
It’s well known for its good pressure support and its essential tools for manga artists, but SAI can be used by any kind of artist who wants to paint.
Pros: easy to use; friendly interface; light software; customisable brushes; tons of (non-official) tutorials
Cons: limited selection of tools, even basic ones; limited canvas sizes and uses; it might crash from intensive work, especially with big canvases and brushes; supports only RGB colour mode; lack of support
Paid
We hope you’ll find this list useful.
If you think there are other apps that should have made this list, don’t hesitate to let us know!

Luther: DaD seNT Me TO thE mOOn
Bleeding
Sometimes I just wanna forget everything that makes my heart ache
Make it all fade away just for a moment
Sometimes the memories your brain makes
Are too much to bear all at once
Please go away, leave me in this dark silence of the night
i know i cant make this right
The only noise i hear is the sweet hush of wind sweeping across the windowsill
and the desperate ringing in my ears
Reaching out for anything but the ideas that thunder through my mind
Just like the storm outside, the patter of rain hitting the glass
Alone with the clouds of heavy thoughts hanging over my head
Maybe I do just want attention?
Trust me, you don't even have to mention
the pretty boys in my dm's
did you ever think for a moment, that perhaps I'm just lonely?
perhaps i really dont have any bad intentions
did you even think?
you have me up so late
i wanted to fall asleep early tonight, but instead my mind is a busy traintrack with no destination
i need some rest and relaxation
but your simple words claw and wrestle their way into my heart
Leave a prick with their thin, razor-sharp thorns
Bleeding
I think of those words as i use the razor blades to slice open my flesh
Bleeding
I bet you didnt think of that, did you?
Well. Its too late
the damage has been done
so don't pretend to care now, just because your sick, guilty conscience told you to
you'd be better off to leave me alone
maybe I won't carve as deep
