This fantastic wedding cake created by French Made London caught my eye at The National Vintage Wedding Fair which took place at Stoke Newington Town Hall yesterday.

The lovely Natalie and Tom's wedding took place on Saturday the 11th of November at MC Motors in Dalston.
Caravan Kings Cross provided a fantastic food menu.
The Wedding Smashers performed a smashing DJ set.
Rebel Rebel decorated MC Motors with colourful yellow and red flowers.
Overall a wonderful wedding and we wish Natalie and Tom a long and happy life together.

I have fallen in love with Confetti Systems creativity!
I have always been intrigued by twins, the close bond they have is unlike Twins are use to sharing every part of their life with each other so it does not come as a surprise that some choose to get married together!
I find the pictures above fascinating and when I first saw the images I had to do a double take! ;)
Above: Images of John Galliano's bridal couture creations.
The wonderful news on the Vogue website that John Galliano could be returning to couture is truly wonderful news for future brides to be!!

Wedding Hairstyles
The Bouffant hairstyle originally became popular in the 1960s. It was originally created for those with thin hair to create the illusion of having thick, illustrious hair.
The bouffant often makes appearances on red carpets, catwalks and off course, our favourite, the wedding isle.
As you can see from the images above, it is a very glamorous and attractive hairstyle with striking results. However, although all the models above look beautiful, for your own wedding, you may want to tone down the versions above by decreasing the volume by half for a more subtle and refined appearance.

"June Bride" provides an uncommon look at a common practice: the marriage ceremony. In this assembly of unconventional wedding photographs, the idea of the bride varies as radically as do cultural differences, religious traditions, family dynamics, and modes of dress. Brides appear in various guises, from Diane Arbus' bride shrinking from her groom's overeager kiss to Nikki S. Lee's impersonation of a Jewish bride, from a bride captured in mid-air, as in Rosemary Laing's bulletproofglass series, to an earnest, middle-American bride in a family photo by Chris Verene.
The photographers of these varied works utilize and, at times, reformulate the image of the bride as a symbol of transition, ritual and traditional femininity. For example, in Arthur Tress' "Stephen Brecht, Bride and Groom, New York, 1970", the actor plays the role of both bride and groom in the artist's exploration of gender and identity. In the photograph of his 1995 performance piece, "To Marry a Mule", Chinese artist Wang Jin places a pink-painted and lavishly-adorned mule as a stand-in for his own "bride-to-be". There are larger narratives and diverse intentions behind these photographs, providing a glimpse into the ritual of marriage and allowing us to reflect on how we have come to view, define and transform the wedding ceremony.

Wedding Hairstyle inspiration : Brigitte Bardot
These images of Bardot are perfect inspiration for those brides who are looking for a relaxed updo or a sultry down do.
The images above are relaxed, unfinished, understated but at the same time very sexy and glamorous.
The smoky eyes completes the look and is perfect for the evening when you want a more smouldering and dramatic look on the dance floor.
