Fart# 16 | Last psychiatrist session

I just came back from my shortest and last session...After 5 sessions he told me the following:

- I have my own mind and I don't listen to anything he says (probably because he referred me to someone who I googled and I found out that he was suspended for 6 months in 2018 so I decided not to get in touch with).

- He didn't want me to say a word, he stops me whenever I wanted to respond so he can go on.

- He said that I need a team to help me because I have so many unresolved issues.

- He is going to tell all about me to my GP in a letter #cryingbaby

- Also that I stress him out, I could see his shoulders going up until they are parallel to his ears, probably the astronauts on the international space station can see that too #poorthing

"Psychiatrist: What is you daily routine, what do you do before you sleep?

Me: When I have no energy left to do anything, I go to bed and read my news feed which is mostly about technology, the current wars of the USA and astrophysics...Not really sure why I am reading about astrophysics, it's not like I am going to use that knowledge anywhere.

Psychiatrist: That is because you have a curious mind, you are trying to figure it out and learn about things you don't know already, can you stop thinking about certain things like that?

Me: Maybe when I am dead.

Psychiatrist: We should find out what triggers your stress/stress pain.

Me: My mind analysis everything non-stop all the time but I can not figure it out, I am in a constant situations with uncertainties...If I was able to figure it out my self, I've wouldn't be seeing you."

Fart# 10 | Emotionally attached

Many pairs of jeans came and left my life...But some always remained and I'll always wear.

I sort of get emotionally attached to certain things that are not human sometimes...Not really sure if that is normal or not, but who is actually decides what is normal and what is not?

Fart# 9 | Bullying and Breaking Bad

Normally when a TV show makes a big fuss I get curious to watch it, that was the case with Breaking Bad and 13 reasons why.

I watched a bit of 13 reasons why and I couldn't watch more, it brought back so many memories that I didn't know that they still exists somewhere in my head... Around the time when I was a kid at school other kids been horrible to me, bullying, sexually abusing me and calling me names including gay which at the time I didn't even know what it meant, I didn't have any kind of interactions with kids around my age until then because I had at the time a nervous system disorder (still but different kinds) my mother was very over protective (again still except now I don't share much with her) so I was a very innocent kid...Still am...

The good thing about that experience is the fact that it didn't make me be more cautious to be my self around what I call people with similar mindsets; meaning I still talk with everybody about everything without considering how they might interpret things I say in a wrong way, but for sure it made me with zero tolerance for people who would think of me in ways that are not true, people who would make up things about me and those who would believe them...People such as those were the reason of my tears in the morning when my father used to wake me up for school, the reason why I didn't want to go to school, people such as those didn't even bother to hear me or see me as equivalent...Specially those who I met and talked with a lot before...

For instance I share a lot of posts about my life on Facebook, I recently found out that some people think that I am actually showing off...

I am not this kind of people at all...

I used the internet since 1999 or a bit longer to express my self and all kind of feelings including the creative side of me, things about my life which might look flashy for certain people (probably they think so low of their selves), most of the times I share things because I just see things differently, mostly in a funny way...My psychologist recently said: "you developed a great sense of humour to make your life more livable".

No, this is not about the reason why my life is not livable...

The point of this post is, I am not afraid of exploring the mindsets of people and exchanging mine with them; this is what I actually enjoy the most when I party, and because of that I always have good faith in people (even if a close friend said something else about those individuals), but the second that individual proof me wrong...It's the end and there is no way to turn time back...I will not make a big fuss mostly about it, but I will make sure that the cut would be clean without the need of antibiotics...You know because their use is very restricted here.

Everytime I tell someone that I love Trump, the flood of hell open up against me, but I still don't give a shit about them...I will explain my point of view about it here once and for all considering I do not like to explain my self, specially to those people who think that they are only right and everybody else is less than them...So here it goes...

History proven that no matter who is the president of the United States, he will always end up fu*king up the world for doing too much (i.e. Bush for invading Iraq) or doing too little (i.e. Obama withdrawing from Iraq after dismantling the government) which eventually was the reason for the spread of ISIS in the middle East...

This is not about what is right or wrong because that is objective...

It's also not about if the whole thing was planned or not, we can not find out until 50 years later when official documents are released and Netflix decides to make a show about it...

Let's go back to Trump...He is at least entertaining the whole world while he is doing it.
