maybe i'm just not american enough but i'm getting really fed up by people - even ostensibly progressive people - holding sexual art to the kind of standards that no other art is held to. like i saw someone on bsky say that there should be conversations about what kind of art should be allowed to exist, "especially sexual", and i'm just like ???? what the fuck do you mean, "especially sexual"? why? why not violent art? why is it okay for people to create violent art just because, without needing to defend or justify it, but the moment art is sexual you need some deep reason for it that justifies its existence?

Community has a hang up about a certain topic. Here's a poll about it. Entirely anonymous with I think an option for every side of it. Except the side who want to see Teledji and Lolorito's heads on a pike. But thats a poll for another day.

If you’re following me, then you should know this answer already, but I ship my lala OC with non-lala NPCs, because lalafell are adults! And I will always defend the lala players out there who write/gpose/create art for their lala OCs. Reminder:

He's not afraid of most things but the thought of forever being rejected by the one person he likes scares him.

I know that him basically finally letting the wol go in the end by saving them from dying next to him in Ultima Thule is supposed to be his big final redemption. I get that.

And I know that in the post ew patches it's shown that the wol does ponder on their friendship and what they meant to him, and what he meant to them.

It's sad that in the end he finally does get that acceptance and that mutual sense of kinship from someone that he appears to have been looking for his whole life, but only when he's no longer able to experience it for himself.
