Today has been a really hard day for us so we wanted to compile this list to keep us motivated and feel more positive.
Reasons to stay alive:
Because our dog needs someone to feed him and take him on walks.
Because my best friend needs me.
Because we deserve a chance to see what happiness life can bring.
Because we don't know what opportunities may be waiting for us.
Because I would never have the opportunity to tell my girlfriend how much I love her again.
Because I'd never have be able to marry the woman of my dreams.
Because we would never have the opportunity to recover.
Because we would never be able to pursue our dreams.
Because we'd never see another sunrise or sunset.
Because we'd never get a chance to make an impact.
Because we'd never get the chance to make anymore meaningful relationships.
Because we are worthy of living.
Because we deserve help.
Because we'd never be able to smile or laugh again.

Because we'll never experience going on an airplane.
Because we'll never be able to eat McDonald's or KFC again.
Because we'll never be able to see the world.
Because we'll never get to read another book.
Because we'll never finish writing our book.
Because we'll never be able to go to the beach again.
Because I'll never get to be part of my loved ones achievements or milestones.
Because we'll never be able to draw again.
Because I'll never finish my body art.
Because we'll never be cuddled again.
Because we'll never feel love again.
Because I'll never get to see the joy in my girlfriends eyes again.
Because I'll never be there to hold and support my girlfriend when she's sad.
Because I'll never be able to correct her when she mispronounces words.
Because I'll never see the joy on our dogs face when he realises I'm awake.
Because we'll never be able to drink another cup of coffee.
Because we'll never smoke weed again.
Because we'll never be able to go to another concert.
Because we'll never have another Christmas.
Because we'll never get to see how the world changes.
Because we'll never be able to be inspired again.
Because I'll never be able to buy anymore stationary.
Because we'll never be able to realise our full potential.
Because we'll never see the Northern Lights.
Because I'll never get to create a family
Because we'll never get to have a massage again.
Because we'll never have the chance to educate people.
Because we'd never be able to learn new skills.
Because we'd never be able to listen to music/ sing again.
Because I'd never be able to dance the night away with my friends again.
Because we'll never be able to make anyone laugh again.
Because we'll never host a party.
Because I'll never get to hear my girlfriend say 'sweet dreams I love you' again.
Because we'll never get to buy a house and make it a home.
