So this thing happened last night where I did my back handspring on the floor ALL BY MYSELF!!!!!!!! It’s far from perfect and not quite like the ones I do when spotted BUT I pushed through the mental block and did it myself and on the floor!!! I’m so dang happy. Progress being made 😍😍 and... the tip toe challenge ... it works. Even after just a couple days, there was such a difference. My arms are locking out, I’m getting more speed meaning I’m hitting that handstand position properly now .... it’s getting there.
