My coping meachnism is a book. Said book is at my abusives dad's place.
#Can Somebody please tell me to get my shit together#I am kinda in the middle of something#and i am a hella anxious#it makes me so angry#i need someone not to tell me to stop complaining#i need someone who believes you can do anything if you want to#usually i am that person and i want to be that person again#i want to help people.#so this time can someone help me just this once and i will get up again and learn from it. can someone help me breath?
