I really like the characters / personas and inserts I have created and it's come to my attention, I'm very happy, that a lot of other people ALSO really like my little guy! So, I will be updating this account to honor the Evan-Verse
I will no longer be posting art that is unrelated to Evan or the Evan-Verse, BUT do not worry, I will post it on @mikeydraws , so, you can send art requests and such to that account! That account is not strictly for art, just be aware of that!
On this account, we'll be talking ALL THINGS EVAN! Evan, originally from my Be More Chill self-insert, Evan Hills, expanded and there are now many Evans in many musical universes!
Evan Hills is my persona and self-insert, I do enjoy to add some original aspects sometimes though through; lore / childhood, background, appearance, etc! Evan is used to express myself and put him into the fandoms / stories / universes I like.

I appreciate any and all fan-art I get, everyone is so talented and I am SO GRATEFUL! It makes me so extremely happy when people take the time to make art / any gifts for me!
The only kind of rule I could think of is to not do anything weird with my little guy, please and thank you! I welcome mostly everything though hehe,,,,

Ouh, yes I will admit, there are thing's I've wanted to change.
Evan is my self insert β and I made him to be just that. It was mostly just for fun, but when I started posting about him on tiktok and he started getting some attention, a small group of fans, I started creating lore! hich, was really just me projecting, lets be honest.
I never expected for him to get so popular. Well, can I call this popular? I believe? maybe.
If I had the choice, I would definitely go back and probably not post Evan, specifically. I am so thankful for the love I and my little guy have gotten, but I think I would rather it be an OC that's getting the attention rather than my self insert. I say that because Evan is something that's just so personal and close to meβgiven he IS meβand some of the attention he gets is not always appropriate, which, is something that maybe I wouldn't mind as much if he were an OC. However, he isn't. He is me, and I'm uncomfortable with the way some people referr to him in the way they speak and some of the things people have requested. DRAWN of him, even.
(which is something i will be needing to address soon.)
That, is one thing I would changeβthat's the major thing.
A smaller thing I would change, is his name. Little lore, uh, I heavily relate to Evan Hansen, I deeply see myself in himβI could go as far to say I can see myself AS him, aha. So, I adopted the name Evan. Not only for the reason for kinning Evan Hansen,but because the name itself gave me a comfort nothing else had before. So! Of course, I gave my self-insert that name as well.
From time to time I partially regret that because it tends to get a little confusing, between Evan Hills and Evan Hansen. Not only to me, but other people as well. So, I think I'd change his name if I could.

If Seths SQUIP looks like Evan, wouldn't that mean that Seth looks up to/admires Evan so greatly that his SQUIP would take appearance of him? That is SO cute!
