I want to properly image ID my art to make it accessible to everyone but I’m not sure how much info to include or if there are formatting preferences?

If anyone who uses a screen reader or is knowledgeable on this topic could reblog and let me know how I can make quality image ID’s I’d really appreciate it. Thank you in advance!
