“This thing is hard. I’m falling apart.”

Fall apart. Do not wither away. Do not cease to exist. But fall apart. Stay at rock bottom, at least for a little bit. Take a bath in your ashes, in your despair and all that you think is bad and ugly. There’s nothing wrong with having rock bottom moments, that’s one of the best moments to learn about ourselves. Despair shouldn’t take over, but god it’s such good introspection. After that, rise from the ashes. Not like a phoenix, but like a human who has faced the absurd and has overcome it.

Today I started a zero waste challenge. What you do is for the next 10 days, 10th-20th of July, 2017, or like whenever you challenge yourself to live with zero or drastically reduced waste. The goal is to jump start a waste reduced life style, and promote it with social media. We need to reach as many people as possible, and better ourselves as much as we can, so we can save the world.
