This is a blog based around Cult of The Lamb

Specifically, while it's mostly gonna be reblogs of CoTL stuff, I also do make my own stuff. My brain is dangerously gripped by this game.

I am bad at tagging things, so while I will try to tag my original AU related posts, most of my reblogs are Quick Reblogs (which default to tagless), and any post just about the game will probably be untagged as well.

There is a tag list below though, for when I do tag things properly, as well as links to where you can find me (although it's just my AO3 and my main account).

Home of The Lost: Story Synopsis

The Lamb, last of their kind, died before they were slaughtered. Trauma sustained during their last fight has caused them to forget everything from before their death. Everything except the crowns and those who bore them, watching their death with glee.

The One Who Waits offered them a deal. Become his weapon against his siblings, build a cult in his name, and live to see another day. The Lamb, happy to strike against their killers, takes the deal, and begins their journey.

Will they remember their life they had before destiny catches up? Will they be a better leader than their killers? Will they learn to be more than a weapon lead by wrath?

And most importantly, will they stay true when the inevitable happens, when prophecy is realized, when the one they had trusted above all others breaks that bond?

Narilamb in a nutshell

Goat (or Malachi, as I've named them) comes off as an over-confident braggart but in truth they are terribly, terribly lonely. While Lamb has found solace and companionship within their own Flock, Goat is unable to form solid connections due to their own issues and personality. Lamb is their only real friend (and so are the other Crownbearers, but Goat met Lamb first and so they're always going to hold first place in their heart as far as friends go.)

Made this because I haven’t seen anyone swap out the Bishops too, and I think there’s a lot of fluff and drama to be found there :>

Narinder was abandoned as a kitten because he was the only black kit in the litter. The Bishops have damned all black cats and anyone who harbored them would be killed too.

Thankfully, his bio parents made a half-assed attempt to hide him, so he was found safely by Forneus. She adopts him, knowing no one else would. He never finds out he’s adopted.

Her husband is also a black cat and dies protecting them while she’s pregnant with Aym and Baal.

Narinder grows up happy and loved for most of his childhood, but soon discovers the extent of others’ hatred for them when a stranger wounds Baal while they were all out foraging.

Since this is a swap!AU, I think you all know how this little family ends.

I got more but my wrist is screaming at me lmao. Probably gonna finish up Nari’s helpers next (aka the original Bishops.)

Lamb is called Witness Apollyon in this AU. I know the other Witnesses are named after Dukes of Hell, but I saw the name in a Reddit post and I fell in love with it before I discovered the naming scheme.

Their eldritch form is meant to be small and cute bc I find the idea of a glorified cotton ball kicking all the other Witnesses’ asses hilarious.

Nari starts off indulging Apollyon’s affections because he finds them amusing (plus their devotion output puts everyone else to shame), but he will develop real feelings after the whole exile thing happens
