Queen of Hearts card design for use in a VR scene!
A screenshot from a current work project: Rukwa Rift.
In this virtual reality scene, we are recreating an area in East Africa as it once existed 16-25 million years ago, with appropriate foliage and creatures that have been found by Ohio University’s paleontology department.
For this scene, I have been using SpeedTree to model trees and bushes, and Photoshop/Illustrator for creating leaf textures for the specific tree types.
Grandma’s Den:
A virtual reality scene meant to make you feel like you’ve stepped into an illustration from the popular fairy tale Red Riding Hood.
Models all created (and animated) in Maya, textured in Photoshop, and assembled in Unity.

In loving memory of Twinkle Toes, the 13+ y.o. owl cat
Icons made in Illustrator for navigation in a virtual tour.
WIP of the virtual reality scene currently in production for my thesis. It needs more filler, but it’s in the final stretch!
3D modeled in Maya and textured in Photoshop. This snapshots are from within Unity!
A church window (indoor vs. outdoor) recreation in Illustrator. Originally for a logo.
Mermaid Glitch
Mermaid was drawn by hand with Pigma Microns and brought into illustrator, where I just let loose.
A looping animation, hand-drawn frame by frame in ToonBoom Animate Pro.
An album sleeve and logo I created for some local musicians, using a mix of Photoshop and Illustrator.
A logo I created in Illustrator for the Graduate Writing and Research Center, for a collection of training videos called “Becoming an Ally: Tutoring Multilingual Writers”
A crab, modeled, textured, rigged and animated in Maya!
WIP of an animation I’m working on for fun in Adobe Animate CC.
A gif of the Ohio University bobcat, Rufus, jumping (inspired by Mario), created in a program called Piskel (piskelapp.com), where you draw each frame of animation using grid guidelines.
Album artwork for a local musician, Forrest Mash (https://forrestmash.com/).
Hand drawn in high detail with ink, image traced and painted in Illustrator.
Hand drawn outlines in ink, painted in Photoshop, image traced in Illustrator, and edited for interesting shapes (for sticker design).
Inspired by a dream!
