Day 61 - Monster a Day Challenge - Mental Health March. This guy represents major depression. Before I was diagnosed as bipolar, they thought I had major depressive disorder. For me depression is grey and hopeless. It’s a deep sorrow that seems endless. At times you can’t even look people in the face or leave the house. Depression affects many people at many points in their life. I’ve gone through several episodes in my life and I probably will go through more.
