Hello, I'm Lama from Gaza, I'm 24 years old, and my husband Mohammed is 30 years old, we got married in 2022 in a beautiful, warm and quiet
Hello, I hope everyone is well... Ramadan has arrived, but the suffering of the people of Gaza continues in every way... For over two years, we haven't felt anything; everything is destroyed, dreams have vanished, we've lost relatives, our homes, and our jobs. Nothing remains... And here comes Ramadan for the third time, and we are neither in our homes nor at our jobs. We lack even the most basic necessities.😔
Things are more difficult than you expect. We are not at home or at our jobs. We wish we could have these beautiful moments like before. We see food, clothes, and everything else, but we cannot buy anything because everything is expensive and we have no income. Ramadan has come and its requirements are very numerous, including suhoor and iftar.
I hope you will support me so that I can provide food for my family during Ramadan. We need $50 every day for Suhoor and Iftar. Every donation from you, no matter how small, will help us to buy food. Together we can raise the amount. 🙏😔😔
You never know which 10, 25, or 50$ will feed a fasting person, and they will pray for you. And the reward for prayers is great in the blessed month of Ramadan.🙏
Please donate, share the campaign link so our voice reaches everyone.
As someone who survived the devastating war that destroyed everything, and was forced to start his life from scratch after we lost our home and everything else... We have no money and our health has become very bad due to the war and famine we have lived through. Please help me, heroes, so that I can stand again and be able to rent a simple house to protect my family from the freezing winter. I swear to you, the tent is freezing cold so much you can't sleep...
I created this campaign to help my family during the war, but I was shocked! There's no support. I'm appealing for help, and (a few are supporting me, may God reward them).
Sharing this post is a small way to help my family. Your small donation can save the lives of people who just dream of living a decent life!

Dear person who sees this post, please share it and donate if you can. I'm embarrassed to ask you like this, but we are freezing and need to buy blankets and some clothes to protect us from the bitter cold.We lost our home and all our belongings under its rubble, and we can't reach it because it's in a dangerous area. You are our only hope and refuge. Please don't stop helping us.
married, and I have a child that I had two months ago.
I have lost many members of my family, including my father, brother, and sister, as a result of the war on my country, Gaza.
I used to work as a cleaner at Shuhada al-Aqsa Hospital, where I was injured by the bombing two weeks ago.
I can't support my family and my little child is malnourished.
I now live with my wife, mother, and son in an unlivable tent.
I can't work, I can't provide treatment for my sick mother, and I fear for my child's future. I want him to live a normal life.
I am unable to protect my child and my mother. I hope that you will help us, save us, and save my child from this war. Please help us. We cannot escape this tragedy.
After I got hurt, I can't work to provide the simplest things like food and healthy water, everything here is expensive, other than that, my baby needs care greatly, he needs formula (because he does not breastfeed from his mother naturally due to health problems in his mother)
Every day, my baby needs formula
Needs diapers
Needs winter clothes
It also needs a place to live in to settle in that is livable and has no diseases or insects
Thank you❤️
I hope you donate to us
Everyone who donates $20 will save my child and save us all. I hope you will help us.
My children, Alma, Lama, and Lina… my heart is broken seeing them suffer every moment, and each passing day increases their pain and hardship.
Our home has become just a tent, food is scarce, and their right to education has become a distant dream. DONATE NOW
I smile at them to hide my fear, but my heart shatters seeing them like this.
Today, their lives and future are in your hands. Your donations provide them with warmth, food, and safety, and help give them a chance at life and education amid these harsh conditions.
Donate now, no matter how small… every second of delay increases their suffering.
Infant needs food, medicine, and shelter—please help
I'll be quick. I'm writing this on behalf of Ammar, the infant child of our friend Samah, who lives trapped in Gaza, suffering bombardment and starvation at the hands of the Israeli army. I and my friend @murderbot have been in touch with her over the course of the past few months as she desperately tries to save Ammar's life.
With a few generous donations and by draining most of our savings, we've managed to come up with the money to get him enough medicine to keep him alive so far, but we are out of resources and need your help. Without that help, Ammar is likely to die.
Ammar needs three things urgently:
US$635 for a small amount of milk and diapers—he has not eaten in two days;
US$1025 for one of his weekly medical injections to treat his heart—if not delivered on time, he will need even more expensive medicine to stay alive;
US$2429 to pay off the debt on the tent he is living in with his mother—without this, the tent will be repossessed and he will be left out in the open to die.
All of these are urgent. The food is necessary ASAP, and the injection must be delivered by Tuesday morning (USA time). The tent will be repossessed if we can't pay for it by the 2nd of August.
If you can spare anything at all for any of these, please use one of the links below to donate. Proof that the money goes to Samah is here: (link).
For milk and diapers: https://ko-fi.com/acquisitioninitialization
For medicine: https://ko-fi.com/starryeyedgiant
For the tent payment: https://ko-fi.com/systemprotocol
If you can spare anything, you have our gratitude. If not, please please share this.
thank you so, so much to everyone who donated to help with paying off ammar's milk fund! i really can't express enough how much i'm grateful for the help
unfortunately, because we only had enough for two weeks of milk, and it took us about two weeks to pay off the debt, this means we already need to raise the money for ammar's next round of milk
he only has about 2-3 days' worth left now, please give as much as you can - we will likely need at least $1004 by then in order to be able to buy this milk this time
the price unfortunately has been raised now as the paypal fee was raised to 30% - unlike last time, we did not have some milk partially paid for before the raise, so now the total cost is higher
$20 / $1496
we once more are approaching 3 days left for this medicine as well, and we have very little money raised for it as the previous amount raised the past few days i had been counting into the milk fund due to its urgent need
this unfortunately means we now need to balance between raising money for ammar's food and for his medicine, so please let's do our best
$63 / $2603
this is also extremely urgently needed - we have just a couple days over a week left to raise everything needed to pay off the final installment and let samah officially own the tent, and we have yet to even reach $100 on this
please, i know all of these are very high prices but they're all urgently needed, and not one of them is able to be considered lesser priority at the moment except for the dates with which they're due
if we forgo the deal and buy only one carton of milk, this would last ammar at most 2 days and would cost $502 - this can be considered the minimum goal we could aim to achieve.
he only has about one day of milk after this, possibly two if stretched, so we urgently need it quickly
$25 / $1496
we also are still urgently needing to work on his injection fund - we only have two more days after this, and have not received many donations for this either. $1471 more is needed to pay this off, please let's help with this as much as possible too
no donations were given for the tent installment. we only have little over a week left and $2540 more needed to be raised, otherwise at this final hurdle just when samah could own this tent, she and ammar will be evicted
ammar will die outside due to exposure, and that is why he needs this shelter
In Gaza, people are not only being funneled into cages and shot down trying to get food, but Gaza is now on the brink of famine.
19 people have died of starvation in 24 hours, even doctors are collapsing of malnutrition. This is a sudden and significant increase.
Gaza is at IPC level 5 - confirmed by UNICEF.
The IPC is the Food Security Phase Classification Scale, and 5 is the highest level. This means a severe and wide-spread food crisis - classified by food shortages, widespread famine, and excess mortality.
650,000 people are on the brink of starvation. And people getting food at the 'aid' sites are being deliberatley short and executed. And people are murderd if they try and go out to fish.
Here is famine expert Alex Duval, explaining why Israel's starvation of Gaza is unique in the post - WW2 period;
"I've been working on this topic for for more than four decades and there is no case, since WW2 of starvation that has been so minutely designed and controlled. This is preventable starvation it is entirely man made. And every stage of this has been predicted. And at every stage, action could have been taken by Israel, by the international authorities, international community, those who back Israel, to prevent what is happening now from being prevented. And to have those steps simply not been taken. And in in the last couple of months, what we saw was a total seige of Gaza, followed by a partial lifting. But the partial lifting was not to bring in the kind of humanitarian programme that we have been familiar with as humanitarian over the decades. It was to bring in a type of ration programme that is simply an arm of the Israeli military."
Gaza is now entering a state of SEVERE FAMINE. People will die in mass, and the consequences will be severe.
Imagine, you haven't eaten in days, your family hasn't eaten in days, and the privledged people sitting, watching your suffering behind a screen won't even lift a finger to donate to you.
While most of the world has access to food, people in Gaza just live on bread and pasta if they are lucky, most have no food at all.
The only way to get food (asides being shot at the Gaza 'humanitarian' distribution hubs) is to pay ridiculous prices beyond the means of most. Sameer ( @sameergaza ) and his family need $50 per day, just to feed themselves.
And not even the proper nutritional value, just plain bread - no fresh fruits, no meat, no vegetables in Gaza, people are dying, getting shot over simple bread, rice or pasta.

If you have not yet heard, starvation in Gaza is worsening and people are still risking their lives just to access aid--nearly 100 people were killed seeking aid on Sunday. A UNWRA worker stated: “Everything around people at the moment is death, whether it’s bombs or strikes, children wasting away in front of their eyes from malnourishment, from dehydration, and dying.”

Guys, we are dying of hunger in the shadow of this genocide and ethnic cleansing carried out by the Zionist occupation. As for the entire world, we are not asking you to stop the war on Gaza or even to bring us food so that we do not die of hunger. I know that you cannot do that, but I know that you can help us and donate to us, wherever you are. I only ask you, guys, to provide us with support and donate to us so that we remain well and do not die of hunger.
We are dying of hunger. We are suffering greatly. We need your help, guys. Please donate to us now so that we can achieve our goal. Please donate to us so that we can stay alive. We need more than 300 euros daily just to buy flour. Please donate to us now. Please.
Remember that Gaza's prices of living (Healthcare, food) are UNIMAGINABLY high, AND difficult to come by, in addition to appalling living conditions no human should be subjected to. The faster we can fundraise for families, the better, because it gives them hope of escaping & rebuilding their lives
What we are going through is very difficult and we cannot bear it. We are suffering greatly from the losses imposed on us and from the daily killing. Every day we need more than 300 euros just to buy food supplies and feed ourselves. The least that is available. Please help us and donate to us.
I beg you to say this with a broken heart and a sad heart, we are really suffering even if I asked for this hundreds of times a day. Please bear with me, this is all for me and my family so that we can stand and complete our day without collapsing from hunger. Your donation gives us a piece of food, even if it is not enough, but it will give me some energy to complete my day. Please think about my words, we really need help and donations. Please donate.
Please do not ignore our words, do not ignore our voices, we need your support and your help. Please donate, please support us. We need 4400 euros and we will reach our goal in a short time. Please read my story and support me. Donate to me and my family, please.
Come on don't ignore what we are going through please donate to those of you who need help donate to those who are dying of hunger here please donate to us we need 4337 euros to reach our goal please please please donate

My name is Saja. I’m a wife, a mother, and a woman who once believed her story would be simple. I thought my days would be filled with watching my daughter grow — from her first smile to her first steps — surrounded by the small joys of everyday life.
But life had other plans.
War has returned to our home. Again.
And once again, we find ourselves living under skies that never seem to rest.
There was a moment — a fragile, breathless moment — when the bombs paused and the world seemed to remember us. It gave us hope. We thought maybe, just maybe, we could start to rebuild. But now, we are back in the dark — hiding, holding on, praying.
I’m writing this not as someone seeking pity, but as a mother who has no other choice but to speak.
Imagine holding your baby in the middle of the night, not because she cried, but because the world outside roared too loud for either of you to sleep. Imagine whispering bedtime stories not to lull her into dreams, but to keep the fear from settling into her tiny bones.
This is my life.
This is my daughter’s life.
And even now — especially now — I believe in softness. I believe in kindness.
Because when everything else is taken from you, hope becomes the most valuable thing you have.
Why I’m Reaching Out
Our home has been damaged. Our lives changed. But through it all, my daughter wakes up every morning with a smile. She reaches for me with trust, with love, with faith that I will keep her safe.
That’s why I keep going.
I’ve launched a campaign to ask for help — not because it’s easy, but because silence is no longer an option. I am asking for support not just for me, but for my baby, and for the quiet strength of so many mothers like me who are fighting, every single day, to hold their families together.
How You Can Help:
🤍 Help us restore parts of our home so we can live with dignity
🤍 Support women and mothers in Gaza with access to care and resources
🤍 Keep the light of hope alive for a generation born in the shadows of war
💛 If you can, please support our journey here:

If you can’t give, please consider sharing.
Your voice might be the reason someone else hears ours.
From My Heart to Yours
Maybe our lives are worlds apart. Maybe you’ve never lived through war.
But if you’ve ever held a child and wished the world could be better for them — then you understand more than you know.
I don’t want my daughter to grow up thinking the world turned away.
Please, if you’ve read this far — thank you.
Thank you for seeing us. Thank you for caring.
We are still here. Still hoping. Still holding on to every kind act like it’s a lifeline.
This is my house before the war. We have not completed the payments for the rest of the building. Iyad @eyadalanqar and his family have been displaced multiple times. Their home was destroyed by bombing, and they tried to take refuge in Al-Shifa Hospital, but it was bombed as well. They are living in fear of missiles going off around them, and they are desperate for help.
He and his family, included several young nieces and nephews, are lacking shelter, food, and water. Iyad has also developed breathing issues from the smoke and phosphorus, and has been unable to get treatment.
Right now, Iyad has only raised €1,898 out of his goal of €40,000. Donations have been small and slow, and he hasn't received any for over a day. Bombs have been falling around him, and he fears for his and his family's lives.
Please give Iyad your support. He and his family have gone through a year of suffering and struggle. Please don't ignore them and let them down. Lend them your help and support. Share and donate, do whatever you can to help.

The Rising Cost of Living in Gaza: A Struggle for Basic Necessities Amid War and Blockade
The ongoing conflict in Gaza, coupled with the harsh realities of an enduring blockade, has resulted in a humanitarian crisis marked by an unprecedented rise in the cost of living. This has made it nearly impossible for families to afford even the most basic necessities. The image provided vividly illustrates the plight of ordinary people, where the prices of everyday essentials have soared to alarming levels, further exacerbating the hardships of survival.
For instance, a single bottle of sunflower oil now costs an outrageous $14.72. A single kilogram of sugar is priced at $9.37, while a kilogram of bulgur wheat stands at $8.83. Shockingly, the price of one potato or one onion is $8.03 each, reflecting how even the most basic vegetables are becoming unaffordable. Other necessities such as tahini are marked at $13.38, a small bar of soap costs $5.89, and butter is priced at $4.01. These prices not only highlight the severity of inflation but also reveal the harsh impact of scarcity and restricted imports due to the blockade.
The economic devastation caused by years of war and isolation has crippled Gaza’s local industries, leading to widespread unemployment and poverty. Families are left struggling to meet their daily needs, while children, the elderly, and the sick bear the brunt of this humanitarian disaster. Healthcare, clothing, and adequate shelter are becoming distant dreams for many, particularly as winter approaches.
This situation demands urgent action from the global community. Efforts to lift the blockade, ensure the supply of essential goods, and provide financial aid must be prioritized to alleviate the suffering of those in Gaza.
I urge you to take a stand in solidarity with the people of Gaza. My family, like countless others, is struggling to survive these harsh conditions. You can help by donating to our campaign or simply sharing it with others to raise awareness. Together, we can bring hope and support to those in need.

The US-backed terrorist state of Israel killed Palestinian chef and co-founder of the Gaza Soup Kitchen, Mahmoud al-Madhoun.
Mahmoud was able to feed over 3,000 Palestinian civilians a day through the genocide.
Let's keep giving it all we've got for the Gaza Soup Kitchen. Israel has repeatedly targeted and killed those who have given service to the Gaza community.
