‘Ball In A Box’ helped me come to terms with my PTSD, and understand it so much better. I wanted to create something to represent that, and hopefully help others too 🖤 | Whenever the ball bounces against the sides of the box you feel the painful memory of your grief or trauma. In the early days the ball is almost the same size as the box and so you are triggered almost constantly. Over time the ball diminishes in size and so hits the sides much less frequently. Consequently these episodes happen more unexpectedly and take us by surprise; like a remembered song or smell. Hidden Growth has been one of our most popular designs recently, and we have to say we’re rather chuffed about it too 🖤 | This design is one I hold close to my heart, as I designed it with my own journey of self harming in mind.
