25 lbs!
So I lost 25 lbs in a month

Due to lack of fluids I went up 3 lbs but that varies daily.

How mad? She OMAD!
So I’ve been gone for a minute (every YouTuber and bloggers post introduction) but that because I have been
1. Mental processing corona virus
2. Drowning under my courseload
3. Reconsidering my previous career path or at least how I want to work in it
4. Caring for my mind and body
5. Focusing on losing weight.
If you’ve read my posts in the past you can tell I ate very low calorie, low fat, moderate carb(sometimes) and high protein. I was wrong. At the time I thought I felt good. Looking back now I felt restricted. Overwhelmed, boxed in, and miserable! I have been for 3 weeks doing OMAD Or one meal a day I have lost in 2.5 weeks 18 lbs!!!! This is more than I lost dieting. I still eat relatively low carb but I feel so much better. Neither food nor cravings have been controlling me. I am fitter, sleep better, have better digestion and ultimately I have lost so much weight! Below is some of what I ate this week and last!
