Genuinely forgot that Bernard's first appearance was the issue after the birthday test incident where Tim literally was close to actually quitting.

Tim really nearly quit right before meeting Bernard than actually quitting for his dad why friends with him.

Then they rekindle around when Tim's again questioning himself and his place outside of just Robin-

No wonder he didn't figure out he was bi until he was literally fighting side by side with Bernard. The whole time he was with him he was having an entirely different identity crisis XD
