Disney made a whole fucking seperate subscription streaming site exclusively for their own content and yet they dont have all their own content, partuclarly and glaringly not the difficult to find content that no one else would have

You know what’s even worse? At least half of these listed shows, to my knowledge, are considered to be Lost Media to some extent. Whether they be partially lost, partially found, or lost completely. We haven’t seen hide or hair of these shows in YEARS and, as we all know, Disney likes to hold onto their IPs like a spoiled toddler.

It’s possibly the very fact that the scarcity of these shows is the exact reason why they won’t put them on Disney Plus. Because they know that people are going to redistribute them to people without the service. (Even then the very practice of locking these shows behind a paywall in the first place is inane. Because it’s not like Sesame Street and HBO where new episodes are on their streaming service but will premiere on PBS at a later date.) And that honestly pisses me off to no end, for them to knowingly avoid these shows for such a petty reason like that.
