We're back. The theories and questions resume.
Hey so how the fuck did the Wild Hunt even get in?
I mean, we are lead to believe that the school is more-so off limits to the now starving creatures in limbo due to the Deans power. The Deans don't go out themselves because of said creatures having a "vendetta" against them.
What makes The Wild Hunt so powerful to open gates that are presumably closed off to anyone but students? sure; from what a lot of us have concluded that the Wild Hunt is Theo, a former pupil of Nevermore Academy. However, it makes no sense with his current state why he would be permitted in if it means less students to play the game since they're being injured or worse.
This could be a sick ploy by the Deans to really see how the relationship of Theodore and Lenore affect each other after death but I can only be so sure. They are meddling with the relationship of Lenore and Annabel to pin them against each other (and kind of failing to) so that can solidify the claim.
That said, how are the Deans even sustaining their power in the school? Are they also not starving like the rest of these creatures? Would they be taking the students who have failed the exam and consuming them, then? Giving them time to go on with the game without devouring the enrolled students? Could this also be one of the reasons the place of limbo is so desolate since the beings that live there are going so hungry?
So many questions. I need a conspiracy board at this point and I'm not even covering the relationship of Lenore and Annabel, Lenore's Spectre and this "hierarchy" of powerful beings in Nevermore.
Funny thing about conspiracy boards is that they are so close yet so far, though. Feel free to add, dispute, elaborate if you would like, of course.
