Y'all, I missed making illustrations and the whole process that goes with it! I've been challenging myself to do a certain amount of thumbnails before picking my favorite to make AF character illustrations, and it's been making the whole process a lot easier and quicker to make each one.
Makes me hopeful for future art projects after this month. I'm very excited!
Slowed down on attacks due to life stuff™️amping up a smidge, but here's my first two attacks for Artfight 2026!
First character belongs to @/ Sugary-Stardust and second belongs to @/ Stagsprite, both can be found over on AF :3 Currently have a goal of 10 attacks this year with a ton of characters on the back burner to draw; so far has been the perfect opportunity for illustration practice!
I'll post my attacks for AF in batches with credits to characters/users in a bullet list I think!

Genshin OC design 1 of 2 is done! I've never made a circus/jester themed character before, so I'm quite pleased with how she turned out!
Her current background is that she's part of a traveling circus that makes its rounds in Fontaine, to which she's part of the acrobatics act with a little twist (she LOVES to use her vision when performing).

~Welcome Back, Young Dragoness~
I'm not sure if anyone would really remember a lion character I had long ago simply named Lioness, but in her old lore, she was a lion turned dragon from a curse that was put on her after a nasty spout of heartbreak. She was my favorite character I'd ever made, especially her dragon form, and she was primarily a character I put a lot of my emotions on (tons of vent art, holy cow).
Not too long ago, I decided to revisit her design for fun and do an impromptu redesign.
That whole piece caused me to get back into art this year, so of course I would do an actual, fleshed out redesign of her to make her a happier version of what she once was. Call it reincarnation honestly! Anyways, her name is Nessa now, and she's an art/paint witch who works in a witch shop as a potion/spell maker.

Took some time to practice a little shape blocking sketches with different animals, deciding to mix-match anatomy together to make a good build for a dragon! Dug up my old sona, Lioness, for this one (if you remember her from my baconatorkat days, thank you for sticking around tbh XD)
Decompression time, baby!! I'm back in my Genshin era which means shape and clothes deconstruction for complex designs so I can finally make fanart of these dudes! Anyways, enjoy a Tighnari :3
Slightly sad about not taking the time to design my oddity characters for Artfight, but to be completely fair with myself, they are characters with full on stories and complex designs that will take me a good while to flesh out.
Definitely a next year thing! I joined more on a whim this year for the sake of having fun and to further my consistency in creating. But I am inching more and more closer to starting on a bigger project.
