Made out story about gn!reader living with an extraterrestrial after it's not safe anymore to live on Earth. Gradually, they get to know each other's races and become closer... Make time to read the whole story, it is quite long.
• slightly intimate stuff in this part (nothing sexual) ... yet WHO SAID THAT

You woke up in the same position you fell asleep in; in your extraterrestrial's embrace, in his bed. Slight vibrations could be felt coming from his chest, but they weren't as strong as when he was awake.
You carefully raised your head, which was still heavy from sleep, and saw his pale blue face. Lissinlaciss's big eyes were closed, facial muscles relaxed and mouth lightly opened. Well, the upper mouth.
The lower mouth was fully closed at the level of your knees. You innocently wondered how sharp his teeth must be.. Are they sharp? Maybe they are more round at the edges...
Thoughts about whether it would be rude to ask if you could touch his lower teeth filled your head. You were a little stiff from the way Lissinlaciss had his long pale blue arm resting on you.
You tried to get into a better position with careful movements, but the carefulness wasn't enough. One of your knees touched his lower mouth, waking him up.
At first he seemed a little disoriented, quickly got his bearings however. His ér-ing became louder at the sight of you in his arms. „Oops, sorry..." you began in half a whisper. „I didn't meant to wake you."
„Um.." Lissin didn't know what to say, he didn't expect to fall asleep. It startled you a bit when he spoke in his extraterrestrial tongue. Stopping him in the middle of a sentence, you finally got into a better position and asked him to give you your translator back, not knowing where he put it before you fell asleep.
Lissin quickly, still sleepily, looked around the bed and felt for your translator, which he then placed behind your ear. „I was just asking if you're okay, if you need anything..." He repeated in english.
You explained to him that you just wanted to get into a more comfortable position, waking him on accident. You two just lay there, still very close, looking at each other sleepily; he had his head bowed, you had yours tilted back so you could see each other's faces.
After a while, Lissin cleared his throat. „That was.. the best sleep I had in a few months." „Truly?" you asked. „Yes, I wonder if it's thanks to your presence or simply that my new medication works." That sentence made you blink twice. „Do you mean the pills we got at that place today?" „Yes." he confirmed.
„..I don't think you took them though."
„..."
Silence. You could hear a pin drop. Lissinlaciss's big extraterrestrial eyes widened, if that was even possible, as his ér-ing got louder once more.

Turns out Lissinlaciss's problem with sleeping didn't require any special medicine, exercise, therapy or anything he has ever tried. Your presence was the cure.
Seems you had slept for about three hours. However, since you were not pressed for time and had nothing planned, there was no need to worry or rush the day. The afternoon nap benefited both of you.
Lissinlaciss peeked you silently, his seven fingers drumming against the pale blue couch you two sat on. An uncomfortable silence engulfed the entire room and thoughts swirled around your minds. You had no idea what Lissin was thinking about, however your thoughts kept wandering to... his lower mouth.
You swallowed. 'Don’t ask,' you told yourself. 'that would be rude.!' But curiosity burned too brightly.
„Lissin…” you began, voice barely above a whisper. „I'm a little... embarrassed, I'd say, to ask about something." He turned his head slightly, not facing you completely, the corners of his eyes shimmering with quiet amusement. „Ask about anything, Y/N, communication is the most important when it comes to living together."
And with that he lowered his head, appearing more at your level. You felt heat rush to your cheeks. „Right...” you gulped. „So um, I’m just—curious. About the teeth in your..." gaze dropped from his face to his abdomen. „...L-lower mouth. The texture, the shape… You know.”
A low, melodic sound left him- something that your translator decided to keep in his original voice, half a laugh, half a sigh continuing right after. “It is alright to be curious,” he said softly, holding back an ér. “I'm okay with letting you... explore a little.”
Your heart skipped as you leaned closer, drawn by something far beyond science. The air between you felt like it was filled with unspoken trust, the kind that felt both unnerving and strangely safe.
'I would expect them to be disgusted, but it seems like a lot of the things I've read about humans are consistent with the idea that curiosity is one of their strongest qualities.' Lissinlaciss's thoughts wandered around the knowledge he had about your race, yet feeling such personal emotions at your request to look at his lower mouth closer.
With a slow movement, he began to open his lower jaws. A saliva string reflected the living room light before you saw his huge teeth, surrounding an even larger tongue.
For a long moment neither of you spoke. The soft hum of the room seemed to wrap around you, filling the silence that followed his quiet permission. You could almost see hesitation in his big extraterrestrial eyes. The way his hands tightened slightly on the pale blue material of the couch made you shift your posture, yet he made no move to stop you.
„I don’t want to make you uncomfortable,” you said at last, backing up a little. His eyes suddenly glistened with something similar to a fragile patience. Lissinlaciss didn't say anything, not realizing he was holding his breath. „it feels a bit like... insolence."
„There's nothing wrong with wanting to explore and learn." His sentence came out more politely than he wanted it to come out.
Lissin's coaxing paid off. Growing more confident, your hand reached for one of the big teeth, covered in a slim blanket of saliva. At the first touch, a chill ran through you... Not necessarily a bad one. The consistency was not bony, it was closer to a polished crystal.
„Smooth..." your voice rang lowly. As you continued to explore, you didn't notice how stiff Lissinlaciss was. He didn't mind the touch, he just wasn't used to the new sensation.
The pads of your little fingers ran over his pinkish gums. As if in a trance, all he could do was to watch your face full of fascination. You decided not to point out the ér-ing.
One of the things you noticed that was different from the human oral cavity was that it didn't have an uvula. There was just a hole, probably esophagus, where the large tongue went. You didn't have the courage to touch the muscle. The tongue seemed to be the size of your torso, that was not SO odd... The difference between a human tongue and this tongue was the surface.
Lissinlaciss's tongue was completely without papillae (at least it looked like it), as smooth as a slide, clearer than skin. „Do you... have taste buds?" you asked simply, looking up at his face that watched you from the beginning.
Lissin's upper mouth opened, albeit it took a second for him to form an answer. „Yes? I do." His head tilted in astonishment. „Why wouldn't I have them?"
„I don't see any papillae." Shrugging, your gaze went back to his lower mouth, focusing on the... lips? After a moment of silence, your long-legged roommate spoke again.
„Taste buds are microscopic..." His voice drifted lowly across the room. „I am unfamiliar with the term papil... papilla-ey?.." he tried how the word felt like on his upper tongue.
Without looking in any direction other than the lips surrounding his lower oral cavity, you gave him an answer. „Papillae are tiny, visible bumps that give the tongue its slightly rough surface." Humming to yourself you lifted your head once again. „Does your upper tongue not have those as well?"
„No... does your?" Noticing his big eyes dropping from your eyes to your lips, you stuck out your tongue for him to see. Your faces were closer than when you cuddled a few minutes ago.
„Fascinating," he sighed out „glistening from saliva..." and meticulously observed every part of your tiny tongue. Blush spread through your cheeks, knowing if you were to move your head just slightly, you could have literally licked him.
When Lissin was satisfied with his examination, he straightened up. „I'm curious what else your body will surprise me with." he said without a shame and without shame he also meant it.
If only the little head of yours was just as innocent, instead your head lowered, glancing at the still open mouth that could swallow you in two bites... Glancing a tiny bit lower you saw how his loincloth bent over his hips and... 'I wonder if he has a-'
„Y/N? Are you alright?" rang your blue roommate's worried voice. „HUH? Oh yeah! I'm alright, of course I am- just thinking and stuff, you know heh."

The conversation led you to questions and answers regarding his race. You laughed a lot and time passed faster than it would seem.
„So where are ya hiding your fins?" you joked, leaning into the pale blue couch with half lidded eyes. With his hand resting on the upper part of the couch, Lissin replied.
„I'm a few million years behind, evolution has caught up with me." Giving you a giggle in his untranslated voice he continued. „However, embryos of my race still have smaller fins from head to tail at some stage of development."
Another question popped up in your mind. „Where does the embryo grow?" Lissin sat up straighter.
„Inside of the females body..." „Right, but where is the uterus located exactly? Can't be where the lower mouth is... or it can?" With narrowed eyes filled with confusion, Lissin answered as if it was the most irrational question. „Inside of the ribcage."
„Uhh..."
„What? Where else would the offspring grow?"
„That's why I asked!"
More minutes passed as you now understood that the female's lungs were pushed to the sides around an uterus kept between them, during pregnancy. The question about giving birth with this kind of development stayed behind your teeth.
Hello there, 🦋 anon, I'm doing okay, thanks for asking. Hope you're doing wonderfully! I've been busy with absolutely nothing and didn't write simply because I forgot I exist.✌️
Everyday I'm like:

Hell yes, like let me see my precious Moder neighbor picking fruits for me from the highest branches of the fruit trees that grow around my cozy house.
The sun had set below the horizon and the relentless wind had picked up. Your clothing was not suited to the conditions high in the rocky mountains. You lay in the farthest corner of the nest, hugging your knees to your chest in an attempt to keep yourself at least a bit warm.
Click watched you from the middle of the nest with his orange eyes, sparkling like gems in the moonlight. Every shake of your body made him anxious. A moment ago you yelled at him because he got too close to you, eager to give you the space you wanted he stayed out of your personal space. But at what cost...
'They don't have any feathers to keep them warm...' he sighed to himself. 'Just like a baby harpy..' In his culture, parents warmed their featherless young by lying on them, keeping them warm and safe. The clicking of your teeth forced him to try again.
With one half-open eye, you watched him slowly approach you. He made the smallest movements at the slowest pace. He didn't want to startle or make you uncomfortable at any cost.
Click silently clicked is tongue. The clicking gesture was not just a way of conveying information, but also a way to show affection. Couples would spend hours of clicking at each other, telling how much they appreciate one another.
You weren't used to his clicking yet, it was still a strange sound to you. His movements finally stopped at your head, where he sat down and waited for your reaction. 'I shouldn't be bothering you here...' he hoped quietly, quieting his clicking for a moment.
You could already feel his body radiating the warmth you so desperately needed. Then you registered how his wing claw approached your heels. After he lifted his wing a little, you panicked slightly, so Click returned to his original frozen position.
While Click seems friendly and certainly has good intentions, the voice in your head is still stronger. After all the legends about creatures like him don't tell the nicest things...
There are supposedly records of harpies stealing children that wandered too far away from the village. There are dozens of stories of travelers returning from the mountains completely terrified.
If you only knew that Click only wanted to warm you up to keep you alive till morning, you would definitely change your perspective.
„Please give me a chance..." He requested but all you heard was clicking. He was thinking hard about how else he could warm you... When suddenly he felt a coldness on his thigh. Slowly turning his head, he saw your frozen hand sink into the feathers on his leg. The black feathers were so thick that your entire hand was lost in them.
The fear was bad, however the cold was worse. Your skin was so icy it felt like he was on fire. You couldn't resist and buried your other hand in the feathers as well.
Click took this as an invitation to your personal space and tried to cover you with his wing for the second time. This time it worked. It took a while for you to warm up enough to stop shivering, but it was better than nothing.
Exhaustion forced you into a deep sleep as Click stared dreamily at your sleeping figure and clicked contentedly, quietly of course so as not to disturb you. The only one who ever showed interest in his feathers before you was his loving mother.
Her feathers were nowhere near as dark as his, she preened his with love and adoration however. Click's mother was also the one who told him about the legends of featherless harpies, where desperate females, longing for young, flew to distant places in the lowlands, where they found unfeathered children and raised them as their own.
She told him that it was said that featherless harpies were reincarnations of harpies who had not found a soulmate in their past life. How they were bound to the life on land only.
Click knew that a featherless harpy was his only hope of finding a mate. He almost hoped you hadn't seen a harpy before so you couldn't compare him to the others.
After several years, he finally got his chance. He had his own nest and a beautiful being in it who would create a future with him. He was aware that communication would be difficult, but he was going to be patient and diligent.
For a long time he sat next to your head with his wing over you and your hands buried in his feathers on his thigh. He had been missing physical contact for so long that didn't want to move an inch. However he needed to rest for the next day to gain strength for the both of you.
For a moment, he took his wing off your body and lay down so that his head was next to yours and his feet were on the opposite side of the nest. He covered you again with his black wing and slowly closed his eyes.
Although his feathers kept him warm year-round, that night he felt a different type of warmth he hadn't felt in a long time; home.

You expected to open your eyes in the morning and see your wooden, crumbling ceiling. But above you was only a rock, illuminated by the morning sun. You grunted, sat up, and after staring for a moment, brushed all those black feathers off of you.
„Uh.. I expected the morning to be quite... colder." You said in surprise while moving to the edge of the nest and looking out of the crack. It did not look like a morning. More like a NOON.
„I have to get out of here." you uttered. Maybe it was all the stress from yesterday, maybe you just didn't drink enough. But only now did you feel the pressure on your bladder. Of course you wanted to get out of there to save your life, but... that damn bladder was a priority.
You knelt on the rock that surrounded a part of the nest. Yesterday you realized that you were incredibly high up, today it seemed even higher. You stood up fearlessly and took small steps to the edge. There were a few niches on your left side that seemed stable enough.
You thought for a moment whether to move facing the wall or the other way around. In the end, you decided to walk with your back to the rock.
Once you stood outside the crack and the nest, you began to doubt your escape plan. You underestimated the strong wind that played with your stability.
„I just need to reach that root…” You said out loud, trying to encourage yourself up a bit. Three steps to your left, a dead root led to the top of the rock. You had no better idea than to get to the top first, before making your way down...
As if the wind wasn't enough, the rock started to crumble under your feet, warning you not to continue any further. But the root was so close... Closer than if you wanted to go back to the nest.
Time to decide. 'I'm close, I'm not going to give up.' In one long, swift stride you reached the withered root and grabbed it with your left hand, while the other one was gripping the rocky texture your back was pressed against.
You took a breather when the ground stopped cracking under your feet. Then you gradually began to examine how long the root was and if you could climb it. You estimated it to be about three meters of climbing, probably not more. You swung your right side around the root and prepared to start climbing up.
It wasn't until you took both feet off the rock that you realized how dry the root really was. It was starting to crumble under your hands. Panic devoured you as you rushed back to the rocky wall and niches. And guess what. That too began to crumble.
Here you were, standing with a chest full of fear, bladder full of... liquid.. saying your goodbyes to your potato field again as your mind was squawking and clacking. Except... Those sounds did not belong to your mind.
'Am I hearing that correctly?' -Yes, you did indeed hear the flapping of large wings. A large shadow flashed over you, and before you knew it, your winged captor was flying your way.
He was fast. Very fast. And... he was flying at you? Your throat squeaked as Click's wing claws dug in next to either side of your head, while the claws on his feet dug in around yours. Click wasn't standing on the niches of the rock like you were, but above them, claws buried in the rock - he held on like a bat.
Your breath hitched so much that you couldn't even scream, you just stared into the face of the black harpy, leaning over you.
Click was quite surprised. 'What is the reason they are not in the nest?' He brought his head even closer to yours, if that was even possible, and clicked his tongue, asking; „Were you missing me?"
„I don't know if I should be offended or what emotion to feel right now..." you sighed at the thought of what he must have said. The weight of your body seemed too much for the rock you were standing on. Before anything could collapse beneath you, you grabbed Click's feathers on his back as you hugged him out of fear of falling.
The feathers in your clenched fists were warm from the sun, if only you knew that his face was even warmer. He didn't know why you were doing this, but he let you hug him anyway; who was he to refuse a hug from his mate???
In reality, you just wanted him to get you to safety. You started yelling at him in frustration. „Don't stand here like a picket fence, get me the hell up! Or down... Anywhere but here!"
Under "normal" circumstances, he would have taken a few steps back to give you room to get angry, but right now you were yelling at him while holding him tightly. He was confused. His orange eyes were filled with nervousness and uncertainty.
At that moment you realized that this was going nowhere. You took a few deep breaths and tried something that made your cheeks red; You tried to imitate his clicking.
With clenched teeth, you tapped your tongue against your upper palate, mentally thinking about what you wanted to say to him. His expression changed as he turned his head to the side. 'Did I say something wrong?' You asked yourself before Click leaned over you.
In an instant, he held your legs in his claws and separated you two from the rock. You held on to his feathers so tightly that you thought you were going to pluck them out. The situation obviously couldn't have happened without your screeching.
Before you knew it, you found yourself back in the warmth of the nest you had tried to escape from. 'Delightful.' you thought sarcastically. Now you were safe, your bladder didn't support your enthusiasm however.
You dramatically turned your body towards your feathered savior, who sat on the edge of the nest with a smile on his black face. Today, the fear of this creature was much smaller. You rose to your feet and walked towards him. Reflexively, Click reduced his size by crouching; not because he was afraid of you, but out of respect.
„Do you think I'm your prisoner or something!?" Your loud voice made him almost jump out of his feathers. You continued to curse him. „What made you think of taking me up here high in the mountains!? You don't think I'm going to live in this nest like some kind of bird, do you?! Unbelievable, completely unheard of."
Click just blinked at your expression of anger. You felt a little better after letting off some steam. „Look,.. Click. I have some needs to.. attend to. That said- I can't stay in this nest all day and night."
Click straightened his back after hearing your voice calming down. „I'm angry with you. I truly am.. But at the same time, I need your help." You walked around his figure and stood at the edge of the crack in the rock once again, pointing your finger into the distance.
Click understood from your gesture that you wanted to get out of the nest. 'Ah, so that's why they were standing on those rock niches.' Even though he still didn't understand exactly what you were asking for, he decided to fulfill it as best as he could.
It will take a while before you stop screaming every time you take off with Click. He had incredibly strong legs and claws. His motor skills were also excellent, he could carry you in a fairly comfortable position- You facing back, holding his legs as if they were strings of a swing, while he used his claws to support your bottom.
He aimed towards a river, which you could see from the nest. Before you knew it, you were back on the ground.
You gasped for breath and tried your best to get your bearings. „Finally on the ground!" you said excitedly out loud. Click recognized the change in your voice and was relieved to get closer to what you asked for.
You picked out a fairly tall bush and walked towards it with your knees close together. And of course, your harpy admirer followed you.
You made him leave by gesturing that you wanted an apple. He seemed to understand, hopefully... he gone away for a moment at least. You could finally give your body what it needed.
Even from a distance you could see a large branch full of apples, which he was holding in one claw. His black figure was illuminated by sunlight, which forced you to lower his gaze.
For being full of black feathers, his smile was the brightest. You almost forgot about the food he was offering you. „R-right, thank you."
You plucked one fruit from the branch and placed the rest on the ground. With slow steps you reached the river and washed the red fruit in the clear stream. Before you took a bite of your food, you made a cup out of your palm and took a few sips.
The water was pleasantly icy, refreshing your entire body. Out of the corner of your eye, you saw Click bending over the surface and drinking too. But he didn't have hands, he just used his jaws and tongue to catch the water.
The view made you snort, reminding you of a drinking dog. His face was all wet, and when he straightened up, he shook his head vigorously to dry it off.
He waited patiently for you to finish your apple and then prepared to carry you back to the safety of your nest, not delaying a second.
Click chased you around the river for a while, trying to grab you in a way that would be comfortable while flight, however in the end he decided to grab you by one arm with one claw and your clothes with the other.
The scream from your mouth could be possibly heard even all the way to your village, Click of course understood that you didn't like the way he held you.
In the nest, you got offended again and was glaring at your captor. With enticing sounds, Click tried to apologize. His bird-like chirping, combined with his big orange eyes, almost made you feel sorry for him.
The claws on his wings were twitching nervously at the joints, as if stimulating himself. The gaze you directed in his direction softened.
Without the slightest warning, he suddenly flew out of the nest, making you startle. The wind fluctuated, constantly changing.
You moved carefully to the edge of the nest, eyes searching for Click. The wind carried him through the space, he didn't even have to strain the muscles in his wings.
With the clear weather behind his body, he appeared only as a black silhouette, a dark figure, carried by the mountain wind as if it belonged to him. He flew close to the nest a few times, mesmerizing you with his gaze and feathers.
Then he made a quick turn and stunned you with something you would hardly expect. Click's wingspan was angled so that the sun's rays fell directly on his coal black feathers. At this angle, you were dazzled by many brilliant shades of blue and purple. Click looked as if he was glowing. As if his black feathers were just an illusion.
Your lips parted as you stared in awe. Click repeated this miracle again before returning to you. He landed gently and carefully, his back hunched in submission.
„That was..." your voice quivered „absolutely beautiful." The words didn't matter to your harpy captor, although the tone you said it in did. Click recognized the soft talk, reminding him of the classic harpy clicking and chirping.
A smile tugged at the corners of his mouth, his lungs loosening with a deep exhale that he held for perhaps the entire duration of his flight.

After his show, he was resting next to you in the nest. He wasn't sitting too close, but not too far either. If you stretched out your arm, you could definitely reach him.
Click was casually minding his own business, constantly preening his feathers. You were a bit bored, nothing left to do but watch him and think.
'I wish I had a book about harpies that I could read to learn more about him, but I doubt it would tell me the truth. So far, the only thing they say about them that is true is that they kidnap people. Well, children... But I'm not a child...Why am I here?'
One black feather from Click's preening fell into your lap. You picked it up and began to examine it. No matter how you turned it, it remained black. Too bad.
'I know a few things for sure. He doesn't want to eat me. He doesn't want to kill me either. And he doesn't seem to want to scare me. More like...' Picking your head up, you saw him trying to reach his feathered back with his wing claws. '...impress me.'
His movements were clumsy, no matter what he did, he simply couldn't reach his back. It was obvious that the feathers on his back hadn't been cleaned in a while, as they were rumpled and disheveled.
„You look funny." Click's head turned towards you in an instant. He didn't expect you to speak. 'Do they need something? What can I do to make them happy? Are they hungry?- I should get them more red fruit, they like red fruit...'
Before you could say anything else, Click flew out of the nest. "...Where-.. did he fly to again?" Confusion took over you.
You could count on your fingers the seconds it took him to return. He placed another branch full of apples in front of you. Your gazes met, his wide smile contrasting with your confused expression.
„That was.. not necessary." Your brow rose by itself. Click's smile dropped at your tone. „I mean, thanks." you added, hoping to ease the tensed air. You put the branch aside and sat down where you had been sitting until now.
Click's black figure just stood there, ruffled from the wind again. „Why don't you sit down, hm?" Gently, you patted the space where he preened his feathers at.
He sat down slowly and uncertainly, watching your face, looking for signs that you didn't like it. „There ya go." Hearing your voice calmed his worries.
You sat in silence, safe from the relentless wind, until Click decided to preen his feathers again. 'This is stupid.' You cursed to yourself for thinking about what you were thinking. 'I should absolutely not.'
Click has completely lost the attention he had on you. He was a little huddled up while cleaning the wing that was farther away from you. His back was still ruffled.
You didn't even realize you had started to move closer to him, extending your hand. Although his black feathers looked worn and rough, they were softer than silk to the touch.
The feathers fluffed up under your palm, doubling in volume until your hand almost disappeared as if under a black blanket.
You were so fascinated by his feathers that you didn't even notice Click slowly turning his head towards you. His eyes were bigger than ever and vibrations were coming from his chest.
Rhythmic cooing could be heard coming from him, resembling contentment. If only you knew what touching his feathers meant for him.
„Need help with those?" You asked as you brushed the feathers with your fingers. You earned a shiver from your harpy captor who was now trapped under the spell of your touch.
Low chirps were coming from his mouth as he leaned into your touch more. „Touch starved bird." You spat jokingly, and as if in agreement, Click started clicking his tongue appreciatively.
Before you know it, Click is lying on your lap, letting you pet his feathers however you like. He was lying on his back with his head on your thighs, his wings laid out and stretched out in front of him.
The feathers on his neck that you were just scratching through were probably the softest. More delicate than blossoms of flowers in a meadow.
Even though Click wanted to look at your beautiful face, your fingers in his feathers were so pleasant that his eyelids drooped repeatedly. You couldn't help yourself but think he's absolutely adorable like this.

A few moments passed. The feathered figure on your lap stopped making sweet chirps, the only thing that could be heard was his deep breathing, as he drifted to a slumber.
No amount of touching him with your hands would wake him up. You were examining his long, dark, waist-length hair. Unlike his feathers, it seemed rough. „You desperately need a comb."
You were slightly startled when you saw Click's eyes open rapidly. He was suddenly tense, focused,... but he didn't want to get up from your lap. „I didn't even speak loudly.. How come my voice woke you when touching you does nothing-"
Click found himself at your eye level and stared into them. You fell silent. A few clicks came from him. You turned your head in confusion. Click did the same. „What are you doing?"
Every time you said something, Click reacted. You've got an idea, it's worth a try. „Click." as you said that, he clicked his tongue once. „Mhm... Click Click?" He repeated with two clicks.
„Darling, I'm CALLING you Click. I'm not clicking at you." He must have been more confused than you were. 'I just know they're trying to tell me something... I gotta figure out what they are asking for.' thought Click as he clicked a few more times.
Placing your right hand on his chest, you patiently repeated it. „Click. You are- Click." Watching your hand move to your own chest, his gazed softened. „Y/N."
This act was repeated so many times that Click's eyelids began to tremble once again with fatigue. „Heheh... I have a feeling you understand. Right, Click?" Happy chirps escaped him as an answer.
Even with sleepiness in his eyes, Click decided to tidy up the nest a bit - it was full of his black feathers. The nest took on a completely different atmosphere, the presence of both of you was less tense.
Not wanting to just sit on your butt, you helped him get some feathers out, hoping to bond a little better. Subconsciously, you may have suspected that you wouldn't get out of this situation as quickly as you had hoped.
Click took it completely differently. All he saw was a chance for love from his desired partner. You couldn't possibly be nearly as aware of how much you meant to him.
