I definitely said no to this one. Even genAI users are not deserving of harassment. Besides, bullying and harassment tend to not even do anything or “work” the way people want it to.

Another point is that these people who do the harassment are often genAI witch hunters who will harass people who don’t even use genAI in their search for a personal feeling of vindication and justice. Personally, from the people I’ve run into who do this, they’re way more interested in the power trip from bullying than they are about making an impact on genAI usage. It’s more of a vehicle and validation for their bullying than anything else.

I don't want to bully or harass genAI users. I'd like them to know the potential and actual problems that are likely to arise from them using it. I'd like people who are a bit on the fence to understand that using genAI is not a great idea.

I do however reserve the right to rip the piss out of organisations that create genAI, force use of genAI on their employees, customers and/or users. And also to work to really restrict how and why genAI can be used, because let's face it, genAI is the new asbestos, and humilitating people who discover that their life is now covered in digital asbestos won't help, but going after the asbestos producers will.
