It turns out that Goose, as a then-26 year old, interacted with a 17-18 year old through the latter's sexual fan art.

In fact, they first met through sexual fanart of one of Goose's characters that Adam (minor; 17 at the time) made.
They continued talking after that for whatever reason, including Goose making sexual jokes at him:
And, ironically, a tweet about her realizing he was a minor.
Evan after this, though, they continued to interact through sexual jokes and references. The following tweet, a couple of months after Adam turned 18, the two referenced their first meeting, and Goose said that the Elaine orgasm fanart was in a "special folder" of hers.
Ironically, Goose had a single moment of realization that Adam was too young to see her NSFW account... only to joke about him sexually AGAIN a couple of months later.
Yet again. Adam was 18 and Goose was in her mid/late 20s.
Words cannot describe how disgusted I am. It's no wonder she didn't give a shit about grooming, she did it herself. Even worse, she still interacts with him as recently as this March despite having never addressed what she did to him.

i ignored the hate for so long because surely the show I've been watching since 2023 would have a decent ending for it to be picked up by glitch, right?
how is your writing so completely and utterly ass that your entire shows plot was predicted off of the pilot episode alone. I just KNOW matpat is doing a victory lap right now.
Is it a bad thing for endings to be predictable? no. is it a bad thing for ur ending to suck so badly that you need to go on Tumblr to clarify all the major plot points that you skipped over to prioritize "Jax and friends; the movie"?
YES.
I find it baffling how you have to bat your eyelashes at gooseworx or just completely meatride for even a chance to get ur asks answered in the first place, rather than actually answering relevant asks that contribute HEAVILY to the plot and backstory.
If your main source of information for the show is going to be asks, answer the questions that weren't clarified in the show. NOWHERE was it implied that caine tried to 'fix' scratches brain, only that it was altered. the intentions were NEVER made clear in the show.
I understand that gooseworx is exhausted of the show.
It's hard to keep your heart in it and to make a good show when you are being harassed off of all social medias.
However, the complete unprofessionalism in it all is baffling to me. At the end of the day, people still forget that just because something is indie doesn't mean its not a business. Glitch is still a brand. They have work to do, and the simple cold truth is that gooseworx is not fit to be in a professional position such as the one they hold.

ik, it's hard to believe... I've coped so hard too... how could goose not be ruining their own show on purpose simply to spite their audience? it can't be!
no. the simple truth is that they just aren't a good writer.
jax isn't complex. cramming all of the screen time into one character doesn't make them well written.
i beg of all Jax fans to switch over to the mouthwashing fandom and instead drool over jimmy who also never takes accountability for his actions. he's not as likeable to edgelords online but he actually makes sense as a character!
The number of trans allegories in this show is insane.
In the most recent episode (episode 8), we see twin literally get his skin ripped off. I took this at face value initially: he's deeply insecure about what's inside and afraid that his friends would betray him and hate him. Simple as that.
When I was thinking more about it, I remembered the theory of Jax being trans and it really changed this scene for me. He's quite literally wearing a costume of who he is, and his friends rip it off of him.
Honestly, I'd rather interpret this scene as the first version, but both are valid explanations for this.
Then in past episodes, we have this.
This could simply be a jab at Zooble, but I see it as envy. He envies their ability to change their body on a whim, because he never had that opportunity. What they openly hate is what he desires most.
While I dislike falling into gender stereotypes, this is what most people would call a 'girly' room. It's almost entirely pink with a few hints of blue.
Then we have the maid outfit.
I really thought this was funny, but there are parts of it that could definitely hint towards more when it comes to Jax as a character.
A lot of men would feel emasculated wearing a maid outfit of all things, but with all of the previous context we have, it reads as deep insecurity more than anything. He's incredibly defensive, insecure, and Zooble says that this is the maddest they've ever seen him. He's deeply insecure of something that makes him seem more feminine, basically an egg.
While talking to Pomni, he felt the need to reaffirm his masculinity here for some reason. However, what's even more odd is that during the second image, he looks almost sad saying it(?) It could just be a bad frame, but it doesn't look like an expression he'd make normally.
OK WAIT AS IM WRITING I REALIZED THIS
AGH OMG. OK. SO.
THE CHARACTERS CAN MANIFEST WHAT THEY WANT INTO REALITY RIGHT?
RIGHT AFTER HE SAYS HIS EARS AND TAIL ARE THE PEAK OF MASCULINITY, THEY FIND OUT HIS TAIL IS GONE.
Now, we know it was long gone before this, but I'm thinking he quite literally willed it into existence that his tail would be gone because it was 'masculine'.
(this is a stretch but idrk)
If he didn't will it into existence, this still means that his masculinity is quite literally disappearing.
The joke writes itself.

For those who don't know, progesterone is a hormone in women that can be used to aide in transitioning from MTF.
These last two are screenshots from this video, so creds to the creator. Jax used to be a girl with eyelashes in the earlier stages of the show but was changed. The last one is a statement from Gooseworx. Jax could probably envy the girls, which is why he bullies them.
