While of course I am devastated by the carriage crash that recently occured at the Comfy Inn on Nell Street, it is only what city council deserves for not heeding my 10 complaints 😌

The other lodgers may be "tired of my crowing" but I am still collecting newspapers with headlines such as "unpredictable crash" or lines such as "who could have foreseen this?"

I COULD!!! I COULD HAVE! BUT YOU DID NOT WANT TO LISTEN TO A FEMALE FOREIGNER DID YOU? The blood of the injured is on city council's hands 🤷‍♀️

In other news, I went to Lyme Regis with @theseaglassscientist last week! The fossils there are truly magnificent, so much history in one place! I limited myself to taking only one specimen back with me to the Society, in order to preserve the natural wonder.

This, of course, was where one of my idols, paleontologist Mary Anning, discovered a massive Ichthyosaurus skeleton!

I meant to stay longer but sadly Arthur "did not want me to drown" so we had to depart since the tide was "rapidly coming in".

On a later date I must describe my experience at the Paleolithic archeological site near Hintsi (close to the Udai River). The number of so-called 'archeologists' in London who don't even know of Fedir Kaminsky is nothing short of scandalous 😤

How bigwet are your eyes, exactly? If you need to ask Sinnett, that's fine!

Funny you should ask, I have a graph for this! My eyes seem to increase in 'bigwet' (as you put it) whenever I am around someone I hold dear! This particular graph comes from a study I did into the phenomenon. It was by far the clearest demonstration of the data trends I found.

The lodgers tried to fight back but it was in vain. There is no Jekyll to bail them out, and Lanyon could only do so much (especially when he’s dealing with his own demons), but hey at least they're not in the insane asylum…
