Ronza is suffering from anemia and malnutrition and urgently needs care and attention, but the cost is high, and her family cannot afford it on their own without our support.

She is in a lot of pain… she is just a baby, only one and a half years old, and she needs our help now. Please donate whatever you can to their campaign, even $5 or $10 can make a huge difference. But Zeina cannot do this alone.

Here is An Ode to Neteyam…

The first to ever exist of a Na’vi and human. The one who made Jake and Neytiri parents. The steady heart of the Sully family. The son who did everything to maintain peace and carry weight without complaint. The calm composure that bled when it needed to.

He was so protective of his siblings. He defended Kiri whenever she was bullied. He was playful and tender with Tuk. And of course, he rescued Lo’ak and looked out for him over and over again, all while maintaining affection for his little brother. I’m also touched by that scene where he was trying to get the Metkayina people to listen to his father, because that’s a perfect example of what he represented.

He is definitely like Jake in his bravery, leadership, and loyalty, but I love how much he is like Neytiri. They shared emotional intuition and commitment to tradition, duty, and family. They have the same passion that’s steady when calm and emerges when someone they love is in danger.

I think it’s intentional that he is phenotypically more Na’vi, but ultimately what makes him special is being the first miracle child born of two worlds. Half-human. Half-Na’vi. The best of both. That’s who he was.
