“Orikero Edits and Life update” 

Hey everyone! I hope y’all are doing well, I, uh, had some crazy stuff that happened and things finally calmed down some. I went to the ER on March 31t (again) and finally we got some stuff done so now I’m down one organ and I’m back home! I’m just trying to take it easy by resting and drawing of course! 

The edits were an idea by a friend and honestly? I need to find more Garuru screenshots ‘cause I want to draw them more. <3 

The very last pic is a redraw of a gift from another friend who edited a photo for me after I came back home. I lived bitch lol

Hey, everyone! Due to the sudden influx of viewers on AO3, the site has had to modify some things, including the experience of guest users and how hits are counted on the site. “Wedding Dance” 

I told you Ichigo and Garuru would end up getting their dance. 

Ichigo was taken off guard that Garuru came up to her to ask for a dance, she was certain that it was going to be similar to their first time. Him being a little flustered and stiff, but unbeknownst to her, Garuru’s been practicing just for this occasion! 

The song they’re dancing to is “Hasta el Fin”-Monhy & Alexandra , a song that is perfect for bachata.

“Wedding Meet-up” 

This was just a really silly comic that I had drafted up in my notebook, since I liked it so much I ended up digitalizing it. Ichigo and Izumi's childhood friend is getting married so they were invited as the bridesmaids, the groom on the other hand (Ichigo's other childhood friend but Garuru's military buddy) invited the Demon Siblings to be his groomsmen. At the reception, Garuru gets a glimpse at Ichigo and his brain goes completely blank. Literally. Composure? What's that? It's not often that Garuru gets caught off guard like this, but I can't help it, I love drawing him flustered.

“School Daze- Feelings” 

I-It’s not that Ichigo has f-feelings for him o-or anything! She j-just has a fever!

Haha, but seriously, Ichigo had no idea what these feelings she was having meant that used to come briefly...until one day during their outdoor gym session. Might draw the aftermath to this, but needless to say, when Garuru took Ichigo to the nurse she did have a fever and allowed to stay in there until the end of the day.

Also on the count of fanfiction, I feel really bad when I draw something from a scene from my fanfiction (usually a scene I love thinking about over and over) then get people sending me DM’s asking if my work is posted anywhere to read it. 

Like, yes, I have an Ao3, uh--no I don’t have those fanfics up there, wait--what do you mean send you a link when I post them???

“School Daze- Confession letters”

On Aloi confessions are usually in person not through letters being tossed into lockers, so Ichigo was very concerned when she found things other than shoes in her locker. Garuru, on the other hand, gets them constantly and tries to help Ichigo with her letters.....well, tries.

“School Daze- Jacket” 

Garuru is invited over to Ichigo’s place and not only does he meet her twin sister Izumi, but he sees her wearing a familiar jacket. He learns soon enough that if one twin doesn’t borrow his jackets the other would just immediately steal it.

“School Daze- Shooting Range pt2″ 

While these two are at the school's shooting range we're getting more into Ichigo and Garuru's weaponry dynamics. Garuru has incredible accuracy of course and Ichigo, well....she has good accuracy but maybe she should focus more on the target instead of decorating it. It would make her stats look much better. ((This isn't canon in the least, just some silly alternate universe thing I like.))

“School Daze- The Shooting range” 

More school AU stuff, Garuru invites Ichigo to go to the shooting range with him because, yes, their school has one. We also get to see them with some fancy weaponry as well: based on Ichigo’s preferences she likes to get up and personal while Garuru prefers to strike at a distance.

“Moving to planetside surely isn’t easy, but neither is getting used to a girl from moonside who thinks she can defy all the odds.” 

Just a silly alternate universe thing where Ichigo is a transfer student from Aloi to Keron’s main capital, there she meets Garuru because he sits beside her in class. He’s fascinated by this girl’s differentiating opinions on Keron’s militarian lifestyle and how lackluster she is regarding to...well, who he’s related to. 

It’s not often Garuru meets someone who doesn’t know he’s the son of the Demon General, and the same goes for Ichigo being related to ‘the Planet Destroyer’, thus, they started a bond.

My voice canon for Ichigo (in spanish at least) for a long time was Fanny Lu, and then I discovered this song and just had to draw it out. 

After going out a few times to do karaoke Garuru realizes that Ichigo never really sang in her native language, she always went with the popular pop songs that were always defaulted. So he asks her to sing a song from her moon, he’s surprised, half from how different she sounds and half from what the lyrics were hiding.
