Star Wars: The Force Awakens: Audio Review
It is hard to find a series that inspires so much love and devotion as Star Wars. We at The Take Nation count ourselves among those people these movies have inspired. That being said, we have a duty, nay, privilege to objectively review this movie to the best of our abilities. So here it is, the best review of Star Wars: The Force Awakens that has ever been made.
Pornhub Becomes Haven for Smuggled Fallout 4 Footage
From my routine dives into the seedy underbelly of PC modding, I've come to learn that Fallout fans can be a little... weird. So while I was surprised that a fan campaign to spread footage of Fallout 4's gameplay made it's way onto Pornhub, it was frankly well within the realm of possibility for these people.
Disguised under the unassuming name "HIDDEN CAMERA SHOWS AUDIENCE TEASED BY BIG BUTT MAN IN TIGHTS LIVE" (which I guess is technically true), the video contains about seven minuets of Fallout 4 footage. The audio and video quality is as bad as you would expect from any leaked video.
And before anyone asks, we aren't going to post a link to the video. Just go onto Pornhub and search for big butt man and you should probably find it. That, or you get some porn, so win win.
Trailers for new Silent Hill and Castlevania… Slot Game and Pachinko Machine
What the fuck is wrong with Konami?
In the midst of them waging war against their own employees, Konami has released two new trailers for a Silent Hill slot machine and a Castlevania pachinko game.
Not only is this a big fuck you to fans of Silent Hill, seeing as we recently had to hear about how Konami canceled the latest entry in the series with as much delicateness as to be referred to as a "scorched Earth policy," according to director Guillermo del Toro, but it's also a big fuck you to fans of good taste in general, seeing as the pachinko game promises erotic violence, whatever the hell that means.
But you don't need me to tell you that. I implore you to try and enjoy the trailers while remembering how great these franchises once were.
See a Comparison of All the Changes Made to Star Wars IV: A New Hope
It's hard to mention the Star Wars re-releases without bile rising up into the backs of fan's throats. However, youtuber Marcelo Zuniga has pushed past this reflex and presented us with a series of comparison videos detailing all the changes made to the original trilogy over the various editions they've gone through.
From the good to the bad to the just weird, the sum total of the sins and virtues have been laid out before you. While, I doubt it will put an end to any of those "who shot first" questions, it's still a highly educational video. I highly recomend fans of Star Wars check them out.

First Full-length Trailer for The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 2
The final chapter of the Hunger Games series gets its first full-length trailer and I am really glad they don't seem like they're shying away from the book's abundance of schlock. In the trailer alone we get a look at the city wide death trap, ravenous sewer mutants and even a glimpse of a cat-person for some reason.

Ant-Man: Audio Review
It may not be as impressive as some of the other films in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Ant-Man is big where it counts. Aaron, Conor and Jack sit down and discover that big things can come in small packages. Insert additional dick joke.
Nintendo President Satoru Iwata Passes Away at 55
Today Nintendo has released a short statement announcing that the President of Nintendo has passed away at the age of 55:
Nintendo Co., Ltd. deeply regrets to announce that President Satoru Iwata passed away on July 11, 2015 due to a bile duct growth.
Iwata was appointed president Nintendo and oversaw some of the companies biggest successes (the 3DS and the Wii) and its weakest generations (GameCube and the Wii U)
Iwata first joined the company in the 1980's where he worked as a programmer in Nintendo's HAL Laboratory on games such as Balloon Fight and EarthBound. In 2002 he became director of the company and was eventually appointed as Nintendo's fourth president, succeeding Hiroshi Yamauchi. Most people today will recognize him as the delightful host of Nintendo Direct.
He was loved by fans and within the company. His influence on gaming will be missed.
Leaked Comic-Con Trailers for The Suicide Squad and Deadpool
It's time for Comic-Con and that means bracing oneself for the torrent of movie, video games and comic news (in that order) that will be unleashed upon throngs of thirsty fans. While The Take Nation doesn't endorse the enterprising filmmakers who recorded this footage, we have leaked trailers for The Suicide Squad and Deadpool for you to enjoy.

Batman v Superman Comic-Con Trailer
Straight out of Comic-Con, the second trailer for Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice packs in a lot more information about the movie. I personally like the fact that Superman is being held accountable for breaking everything in Man of Steel. Also, Jesse Eisenberg looks good as Lex Luthor and its just refreshing to see someone having fun in these films, even if it is a supervillain.
Ted 2: Audio Review
The Take Nation understands, comedy is hard. Not everyone has Conor and Jarrod’s natural way with jokes. That being said, screw Seth Macfarlane and screw Ted 2. The movie is terrible, tune in and find out why.
First Trailer for Goosebumps Movie
Viewer, beware, you're in for a scare.
Why I have to question the behind making a theatrical adaptation of R. L. Stine's childhood defining horror series a good twenty years after they stopped being relevant, I find myself irrationally happy that someone in Hollywood had the balls to do it.
Will it be lame? Probably. Will I see it? Definitely.

Doctor Strange Fanmade Title Sequence Captures the Weirdness of the Comics
The team at This is Productions pay homage to the psychedelic fever dream origins of Doctor Strange in this stunning video.
Doctor Strange is one of the more esoteric titles under Marvel's belt and I think the best way to bring it to the big screen will be by staying true to its counterculture roots.
I can only hope that somebody at Marvel sees this and puts The Flaming Lips in the movie's soundtrack. The marriage of the two is damn near perfect.
Rick and Morty Season 2 Trailer
Rick and Morty is returns for it's second season at the end of July. To hold us over until then we have this fine little trailer that is bursting at the seams with all the weird science we've come to expect from the show.
For those who haven't seen Rick and Morty, this is a problem you should rectify. For everyone else, get hyped.
Guillermo Del Toro Leaves Justice League Dark
While the wind has certainly been blowing this way for a while, Director Del Toro is no longer attached to Justice League Dark, according to THR. Del Toro, who wrote the screenplay for the film and, quite frankly, does this all the time, is currently busy with his films Crimson Peak and Pacific Rim 2.
Warner Brothers is currently in the process of shifting all its movies and shows based on Vertigo titles (excluding Justice League Dark) from development at WB to New Line Cinemas. This is because Warner Brothers wants to focus on establishing classic DC characters (i.e. Batman, Superman and Wonder Woman) as they build their cinematic universe.
Inside Out: Audio Review

Japanese Ant-Man Trailer Reveals More Story, More Humour, More Action
Let's be honest, out of all the Marvel movies Ant-man is generating the least amount of hype. Release push backs and changing directors haven't done a lot to endear fan support. However, the Japanese trailer is just so much fun that it's hard not to get one board.
Is this cautious optimism I'm feeling? Why yes, I think it is.
