More people should learn to be happy with their headmates, actually. All that "If you're happy you're probably faking it" talk is nonsense. It's a lifesaver to just learn to live freely. You do not have to suffer every hour of every day just because a disorder is not a pleasant thing to have. They never are. Doesn't mean you can't be happy and enjoy your life.
