2018 was a theory class. 2019 is a practical one. A lot of what I learned previous year is being put to practice this year. And I must tell you that life, as we know it, has gotten a lot easier, mind a lot calmer, heart quite happy, and the skin damn perfect 😉 After a year of struggle and money down the drain, I now know that raw vegetables and the bloody Sun are the key to my healthy skin. I am not the one to boast "healthy lifestyle" but I will certainly advocate what has worked for me. No amount of clinical treatment or medicines could do what a few weeks of beetroot salad has done for my acne-prone skin. If you have seen me over the previous couple of months, you'd know the difference. It goes without saying that what worked for me may not work for you but why not give it a try. It's a lot cheaper 😁 I have had acne all my life and I have been unashamed of it. With my face ridden with ugly scars, I have stepped out in public, faced hurtful comments; which isn't actually a big deal. But I found very few people in company. Back in the day, acne was a reason to skip school - imagine that!
