Hard work and determination will get you much healthier results than a quick fix FAD diet. ☝🏼Yes, crash dieting is NOT a healthy or permanent way to lose weight. Fuelling the body with nutrient rich food 🥑and exercising 🏃🏼♀️to increase the metabolic rate is THE MOST effective way to achieve long-term weight loss. So, eat clean, exercise daily and treat your self to your favourite meal once a week. Don't starve your self from the things you love, everything in moderation! If you feel like you over indulged on the weekend, cut back your portion sizes (of clean healthy food) for the next few days and exercise a little more than you would normally, it's actually really simple! 👍🏼 www.bellehutt.com 🇬🇧

Showing Archie how it's done... He was so interested in what I was doing... Then he got bored and started going round and round on an exercise mat until he got comfortable. 😋 He also wants a girlfriend.. A little more about my Energetic Narcoleptic self
Burpees or bed? Sit ups or sleep? Knee ups or naps? It a nutshell, shall I go in the gym or go back to bed? It is just 8am and I’ve been up for about 40 minutes, slept pretty well, woke up 3 times, so yes, a good night of sleep for me, however I’m already battling with my eye lids. CRASH! The sound of my mug falling out my hand and hitting the table wakes me suddenly, coffee everywhere and my porridge is sodden. Sleep attacks, they always win! Fighting them is something I have learnt not to do, although on some occasions I desperately try to hide it for as long as I can, but then stroking my chips on a napkin or shaking broccoli of my fork on to my phone while I am out for dinner with friends proves that I should of just put my head on the table and had a 5 minute snooze. Very embarrassing! I qualified as a Level 3 Personal Trainer back in November 2014; I then shortly set up my own business Belle Hutt Personal Training. Paper work and office work is a struggle. An exercise plan for a client, can take up to 3 hours, after endless napping at the desk, 100 mistakes and not to mention a dead arm and a big red mark pressed across my forehead, its finished and ready to go. I have been so frustrated and upset so many times but do you know what I think…? I could have something worse, something so much worse! At least I can exercise; some people in the world cannot physically get up and go to the fridge, let alone complete one of my workouts, that is what drives me in life. If we let it take over our lives, it only gets harder. Our bodies are amazing, incredible in fact and we should make the most of them. We may have to sleep a few more times in the day, hear and see fantasy burglars stealing your TV at night but if we can keep our body and mind healthy we should, don't waste your opportunity to do the things you want to do, Narcolepsy doesn't deserve to take that away from you.
