Iâve been working at the camp again, so Iâve been waking up around seven every morning (with some snoozes), and Iâve been feeling great sticking to the schedule of going to bed at 11 p.m. and waking at 7 a.m. (or thereabout). A Christmas Bloodletting
Christmas is considered a time of peace, joy, and giving. I donât frequently hear of Christmas as a time of purging. Ray and I gave blood to the American Red Cross on Christmas Eve, and what was at once a gesture of giving to those in need, was also a spiritual lesson and release for me.
