From Dusk Till Dawn (1996)
Palestinians are not "animals."
They are not "children of darkness."
Little kids are rescuing cats and trying to comfort them when they themselves are terrified.
A doctor broke down when his father and brother came into the trauma unit.
And several of his colleagues hugged and gathered to comfort him.
Journalists are playing with babies.
Doctors are refusing to evacuate hospitals because their patients can't and refuse to leave them.
There's a little boy who gives tea to the journalists and thanks them for spreading their stories.
He's displaced at the hospital, his home is gone.
A kid was asked what he wants to be when he grows up and he said kids in Gaza don't grow up.
Kids are writing their names on their arms so they can be identified.
Momin Kireka is a Palestinian journalist who was disabled by an Israeli attack in 2008.
And despite the difficulty in moving around, he vows to continue to show the world the truth.
Awni, a young Palestinian boy has a gaming YouTube channel he loved so much.
He was killed in the bombing.
Mohammed Sami was an artist who's dream was to open an art gallery.
He was playing with the kids to raise their spirits. And the next day he was killed.
They are victims.
They are going through unimaginable horrors and still find it in their hearts to be kind.
They have hopes and dreams just like you and I.
They are people.
And they deserve to be recognised and known as such.
Dehumanization of civilians. Children as targets. Hospitals/infrastructure as targets.
This is like salting the earth in ancient times. The pain and suffering are meant to last generations.
my timeline is full of tweets like this. i’m going to throw up
Attacks are worse than ever and no one has any way to document it or cry for help.
the red crescent cannot reach their teams and is deeply worried about their safety
Yes Israel is evil but you should condemn Hamas as well. How can you support a terrorist organization?
This is obviously bait but I'm gonna use it as an opportunity to discuss the importance of semantics around this occupation but first I wanna say that I absolutely do not condemn Hamas nor do I think they're a terrorist organization.
Hamas was formed (after the first Intifada) as a response to Israeli occupation. It's only considered a terrorist organization by entities like the US, EU, Canada, and ofc Israel. All of these entities share a common history of settler colonialism. It's in their best interest to label Hamas (or any org that violently resists colonialism) as terrorists.
The truth is that there is absolutely nothing wrong with violently resisting your oppressor. So no I def don't condemn Hamas. The only people I condemn are Zionists. Fuck Israel

your favourite show might be gay but is it “xena giving gabrielle a sappho poem as her birthday present before they literally fly off into the sunset together” levels of gay?
I Know What You Did Last Summer Directed by Jim Gillespie (1997)
Yeah no, I'm sure the country using tiktok thirst traps to legitimize it's military has nothing nefarious to hide.
A casual reminder that while Israel is pumping out propaganda through tweets and tiktoks, they have simultaneously been killing journalists at an unprecedented rate. The IDF has killed over 25 (most likely an underestimate) Journalists since Oct 7th 2023 (Source).
Earlier this year, The Committee to Protect Journalists, did a great piece on Israel's deadly pattern of killing Journalists and how no one has been held responsible.
By killing Journalists and churning out propaganda, Israel is hoping it can get away with genocide.

Israel has cut off communication/Internet for all of Gaza as part of their ongoing efforts to cover up genocide.
