First Step

Okay so I didn’t strictly step out the door on this one seeing as I was on a treadmill but hey, same idea :)

Being a first run back from injury it was tough, it hurt, and I am definitely feeling it this morning, but even so it was 100% worth it. 

Find what you love, go out there and do it..
