Some little doodles and some things about this AU-

I just think it’s neat when normally bipedal humanoids/creatures with digitigrade legs go quadrupedal

While vulwyrns (the “humans” of this AU) aren’t exactly derived from the large monsters they may resemble (all which have gone extinct for hundreds maybe thousands of years now), most are capable of taking on certain features (usually appearing as an instinctual response to heavy emotions or fight-or-flight, but with some practice it’s easy for most to control it freely) that give them a more monster-like appearance and traits such as extra scales/scutes/feathers/etc. on the body, digitigrade legs, and -for some- wings (which most young vulwyrns do require training to use efficiently)
