i literally cannot get igcs to work. like it just… will not work for me

i’m probably doing something stupid and wrong but i’ve followed the directions and done it over and over again, shown my setup to other people and apparently it’s all set up properly, reinstalled, etc. it just won’t work. can’t get the camera to enable.

i haven’t done any virtual photography at all because the photo editing program i was using to edit my old photos to make them look decent without hotsampling the subscription is up.
