He crossed is arms over his chest.  It was a likely story.  It wouldn’t be the first time this sort of incident happened.  Nonetheless, he had no intention of letting his guard down just yet.

"Not unless you give me reason to do so.  It sounds like there was an incident with the Bifrost.  Since it was rebuilt, we’ve been having a few problems with it."  He extended his hand in greeting.  "I’m Thor, by the way.  I apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused you.  We should be able to get you back to your home with no problems."

Diaval let out a sigh of relief when the bigger man removed his hand from his weapon. He could still probably throw Diaval off the balcony before the raven had time to react, but at least he would have some warning of it.

"Diaval" he said, and shook the man’s hand in greeting. Well, proper greeting, now that Thor wasn’t ready to kill him at a moment’s notice. "That would, ah, be most gracious of you. I imagine my mistress might turn me into a toad if I’m gone for too long. She has a bit of a temper."

Thor smiled and nodded.  "She must be very powerful to be capable of such things."  He turned slightly, motioning for Diaval to follow him.  "I can escort you to the Bifrost and Heimdall should be able to rectify this issue."
