Asking for volunteers to help update indie RP and ask blog directories

Hello everyone! I hope you are all enjoying the start of a great new year.

I drop by to ask for help in something that benefits the FE:A rp community. Me and the other admin at fireemblemawakening have not been roleplaying or checking our rp dashboards in a while, and as such, the indie rp and ask blog directories have not been updated in 3 months. These directories are just lists of links for the purpose of those wanting to check them, and follow or interact with them. These directories were created after a general indie FE directory deactivated, and fedirectory had a hiatus, but we wanted an up-to-date list of blogs not listed somewhere and that would be hard to find.  We had weekly updates of the blogs we added to the list and tagged them as Awakening rp directory and Awakening ask blog directory for those that track tags. 

To get these directories updated again, I am asking for volunteers that would keep a list of any new Awakening blogs they find out about, either because they saw them roleplaying with someone, they were followed by them or somehow just stumbled upon their blog in a tag or followers list. Please note that to volunteer in this you don't have to be currently roleplaying any Awakening character, or Fire Emblem character for that matter. You just have to be at least involved with the community to the extent you would notice when a new indie rper or ask blog came around (checking the follow lists of the most active rpers is usually how I found them). Also, you would not be involving yourself with keeping the blog's art queue or adding the links to the page/fixing any html problems. You would just update a post, and I'd take it from there.

Also, if you would just like to help once by submitting any blogs you know of (including yours) currently missing on the directories, send them here. (Hey there everyone! I hope you are all enjoying your holidays. 

I've been missing from here in a long time, in part for being busy, but also because I felt unmotivated to take up regular roleplaying. I am contemplating returning with a crack account next year of either Cordelia or another FE character, but I'm currently unsure if I'll go through with it. If I decide something different, you'll notice when a blog you don't remember following is suddenly in your dashboard.  Short not-always-ic rps is the likely route I'll take. 

I have to thank everyone still following this blog despite its inactivity. I occasionally peek through this dash and read what you are all up to. I really miss the lot of you, because you are some good rpers and funny folk. I wish you all a happy new year!)

(Hello everyone! I have finished my summer classes, but will start my fall semester soon. I'll try to get to replies in the coming days, but if I miss any, feel free to message me about it.  I'm contemplating what to do with Cordelia's blog considering I will get busy again and I am very lazy when it comes to replies because I over-think of where to take the rp thread. I would still be up for answering anything sent to her inbox (for her as character or me as rper), and sending messages or meme asks to other folk as I randomly do.

Sorry I'm not on as much, even now, since I usually just spend my time playing games, watching anime, talking on skype or doing something else. I'm probably the laziest roleplayer you'll ever meet.)

Alternate reading link (long version) Cordelia/Severa mother-daughter relationship never fails to give me chills, you see. They’re also my favourite as a unit and their characterization is lovely. And so I did this based on their conversation in Harvest Scramble DLC. I’ve always felt like Severa is the one who truly miss her parents (despite her protests and the way she shows it) besides Lucina. I didn’t mean to let her be a crybaby though, I’m sorry!

Frederick as Cordelia’s husband because it will make perfect sense that he died for Chrom. Also because of this hilarity.

I role play cordelia on instagram. Do you have any suggestions on how I can make my RP better?

I'm not sure how roleplaying in instagram works, but I suppose try to make the blog (is that the term there?) something that you think would be to her liking. She likes music (plays the harp), organized things, all sorts of weaponry (mostly lances), romance advice books, and such. I suppose she might also add photos of things involving love and heartbreak (like a photo of two lovers kissing while someone watches them away), and then sulk vaguely in the tags. For the rping part, just read up on her supports (you can find them in the FE wikia or Serenes Forest) and try to get a feel of how her voice would be, and how she would act to different scenarios. Do what you can, and just have fun. Don't worry too much about how it might turn out as it happens with me.

"No... I don't believe I have yet. She has been a little cold towards me and other people, but I have found her to warm up to everyone once they got to know her better. I am not sure why you ask this... is it that the future me was ever disappointed?"

“Very well.” The pinkette smiled, before moving to the pile of weapons. Gloved fingers grazed over the metal, picking and placing the scraps into the barrel. Picking up one lance, she blinked seeing the deep scratches embedded in it. “Do you think…this should be sold as scrap, Cordelia?”

She wasn’t sure. She never handled such weapons. They weren’t meant for her.

Cordelia pondered as she observed the scratches on the weapon. "It could still be forged and fixed, but we would have to see how much it costs us to repair. You are likely right and it would be better to sell for a few coins."

"I find it hard to get much profit out of lances where the pole has deep cuts. Is that the same with axes? Maybe axeheads cost more than lance tips."

(lol they must have fallen hard on his muscles. But dude, you're dealing with minors here. You could get in trouble for that and prison life's not easy. At least, you can still flex your muscles there. That is unless Morgan and Noire's parents find out and kill or curse you first.)
