As parents, some days are simply harder then others. Either it’s because we are over-tired, stretched too thin or we just simply need a minute to ourselves. On these days when our kids push our buttons and take us to the brink...it’s when we need to- Stop. Breathe. Think. Taking a second to stop, breathe and think in those moments when you feel you’re losing control and can’t help but yell at your kids, will be the TSN turning point in your parenting experience. You will learn to take control instead of you being controlled. You will learn to drop your end of the tug-of-war rope. You will learn to stop the battle and make positive decisions.
