Lloyd Garmadon health headcanons

He has fragile bones. Like extremely fragile. Jay dropped his mug on Lloyd's foot. Bam. Fracture and wearing a cast for a month. (this literally has happened to me lol)
Absolutely fucked up joints. Like constant pain, intolerance to cold, eventually his joints start to deform and it scares him. At some point doctors tell him that his life will be absolutely miserable when he's old (also me core). As if it's not miserable by default.
Anemia so a lot of fainting. Hit his head against the floor a couple of times and scared the living shit out of everyone lol
Metabolism went to shit after he drank that tea.
He was malnourished before his magic growth spurt due to horrible living conditions. But then his body had to magically grow. No calories to burn too. And you know what a malnourished body does to itself? Right, it starts devouring itself. Once there is no body fat, muscles and organs are also used.
A lot of stretch marks everywhere. Like everywhere. He doesn't care what they look like but he hates them because they remind him of how he had to destroy his body and lose the last remnants of his childhood.
Destroying his body by any means possible becomes a habit at some point.
For awhile after the 'grow up situation' his skin was absolutely fucked. Because it had to stretch at an unnatural speed. So a lot of random rashes everywhere. And then his hormones also got messed up, so Lloyd was having a lot of fun with having acne for a very long time. (As a side note from me: if you struggle with this I am here to remind you that this is totally okay and btw you are cool and beautiful!! <3 )
Hormones went to shit in general.
The malnourishment situation continues because Lloyd has a distorted relationship with food and doesn't get enough nutrients and calories. Punishment type of situation. Will not be going into detail lest it upsets someone. His family not so gently suggests he changes his diet, but he hates most of the food in this world. Taste wise, texture wise, smell wise, or gods forbid this specific thing reminds him of a person or a situation. He will never touch that.
Zane genuinely tries to come up with something Lloyd might like but the problem is that being force fed is disgusting to Lloyd in itself. So he just straight up lies about liking what they make for him or lies about eating overall.
But he likes sugary stuff that dulls his sense of taste.
Also gets addicted to energy drinks at some point. Because a) energy without having to eat. b) yummy. c) collecting.
Not a health thing I guess, but he has oral fixation. Chews and sucks on a lot of random things. But his favorite thing is probably demolishing wooden thingies that come with ice cream.
He is thin, but he is strong. Not because of muscles (he struggles with gaining muscles even during the periods when he eats well), but because dragoni supernatural shit or whatever. So technically he is stronger than Cole it's just that he never uses this ability and no one really remembers this fact about him. It seems more reasonable to ask a huge guy who has earth magic powers to hold a falling building than to ask a mf who will probably dislocate both his shoulders in the process.
Yeah, dislocations are also a common occurrence for Lloyd.
And, yeah, he did get taller but once again because his body was eating itself up he's like not very tall. And he never got taller afterwards. He's maybe like 5'6 (that's 172 cm).
Teeth situation not very good. Poor hygiene, no one really bothered to take him to the dentist, misplaced teeth in general. Then he didn't lose his baby teeth for a very long time. Like it took longer than usual. He lost his first tooth when some guy at school slammed his face against the wall though. At some point his mom shoves him into the dentist's. They remove his wisdom teeth (and he gets an infection during the recovery process) and then slap braces on him. Crowding, overbite and a bunch of bullshit. He doesn't wear bands as often as he should though so this process takes a long time. Absolutely hated wearing his retainers, so for some mysterious reason they got lost the same week he got them.
He had great eyesight as a kid (before he got messed up). Cannot come up with specific numbers for you, but I'd say it's pretty bad. And it keeps getting worse. Because I cannot imagine rapid growth being good for your eyeballs. Kinda amazing they didn't pop out of his skull. Lloyd wears contacts most of the time. He has glasses but they are specifically for his trip from the bathroom to his bed after he takes the contacts off. Some days he doesn't wear them though. 'I've seen enough of this shit'
As in terms of overall built. He loses and gains weight often and it happens really fast. But in general he is slightly disproportional. His arms are a bit long. One leg is longer than the other. Not really noticable but this plus joint pains result in limping from time to time.
At his lowest weight he has his sternum sticking out. At his highest weight he actually looks like he could beat yo ass in a fight.
Depression for like the majority of his life.
Wrote about this a couple times. I do think he'd be a heavy smoker. Maybe up to DR. Which I haven't watched yet but I've heard he does hang out with teens and he strikes me as a person who would crawl out of his skin to be a good example.
He doesn't look his age. Whatever his age even is. He always looks tired, but his facial proportions are that of a kid. And he just stays that way forever. Something something theory about how traumatized people do not look their age.
Also I always always always hated how the Great Devourer's venom is such an underdeveloped concept (and a half-assed excuse let's be real). LIKE LLOYD MUST BE POISONED TOO. That shit is in his blood. Like c'mon. I'm not big on toxins theory, but it would've been such a cool idea to explore like bro. Oni and dragon thing is cool (albeit naive). But having our golden boy have random urges to just do evil fucked up shit?? That's yummy.
I have other hcs but they might be uncomfortable for some people so I will not be describing those.
