THUNDERBOLTS* SPOILERS

Being a bipolar and depressed person truly made thunderbolts* an even more powerful experience. I have not cried so much at a marvel movie EVER. And there’s something about a movie whose STORY can make you cry, not just a character death.

From the first scene with Yelena and Alexei, to their scene in the city where she says “Daddy, I’m so alone”, to when they all fight the void… I was… a train wreck… Seeing issues like bipolar disorder and depression so accurately represented in one of the most massive franchises in the world is so fucking empowering and refreshing to see.

It made me feel seen and powerful, and if that isn’t a textbook defense for representation, I don’t know what is.

My father wants me to be the mental stabilizer in his life. Which I understand but it Which means. I have to stay the same. Every single day. No movement or way I act can change at all. And it puts alotta pressure on me. And I'm starting to feel like I'm bipolar. Cause he always asks
