My closeted self was in theater and I was making small talk with this girl who was a year older than me. She was gorgeous and confident and funny and talented and…well, you get it.

Anyways, one day the class had to practice for this medley we had, a Little Mermaid one.

She was up on the stage, legs hanging off, and I was slouching over the sheet music in the first row of the audience. We got through fathoms and under the sea, and then it was Kiss the Girl. During the sha la las I looked up and I met the girl’s eyes.

Bam crush. So, if you ever think you’re being ridiculous and cheesy about a crush, remember this.

watched WandaVision and Agatha All Along

maybe a tad bit later than most marvel fans but hey

In a word: great

in many words? Although the marvel universe is mainly sci fi, I LOVE diving into the fantastical parts of it. Witchcraft and Salem, the difference between witches and sorcerers. The mythology is fleshed out and diverse and fantastic. Casting Joe Locke as Billy/William was a top tier casting choice. (Also nick nelson would freak to see his boyfriend in the MCU 😭😂)

And Kathryn Hahn has my heart now. Favorite anti hero by a long shot. All the anti heroes are pansexual I guess, Deadpool, Agatha, Daredevil (kidding…maybe)

and the displays of grief and coping done on Wanda’s side are INSANE. The writers had rent due. Elizabeth Olsen and Paul Bettany have incredible chemistry and wowowowowoww Paul was playing the dorky dad so well. RIP Vis. And Elizabeth: heart wrenching. (Sidebar I need a romcom with those two. Like apart from the MCU)

I need Billy and Wanda to meet because holy crap, that would be an incredible storyline.

I severely hope that the showrunners have changed their mind about making Wenclair canon. Ya know?

Enid said Wednesday is her pack. Got jealous about Agnes being her friend. LITERALLY SACRIFICED HER HUMANITY FOR WEDNESDAY.

Enid is clearly the most important person in Wednesday’s life. Between breaking up with Bruno for her to legit being glued to her hip every chance she has. ALSO she started taking her meds for Enid I know it. And at least the first half of S3 will be Wednesday looking for Enid, NO WHERE NEAR TYLER.

I desperately hope this is where it’s going and if not, fanfic is my canon

Final thoughts:

beautiful metaphor for a limbo between life and death. The double meanings and constant ‘book cover judging’ is incredible. Enoch and Auntie Whispers were so great.

I'm at a loss as to how they could write Mike being so distraught at 12 years old that he was willing to walk off a cliff just to keep his friend from having his teeth cut out. Like, sorry, Dustin. I love you, but as bad as your teeth being cut out would have been, Mike dying would have been infinitely worse.

And I bet now they'd claim Mike was only so willing to do it because he was upset over El running off.

Seriously, though, this was such a horrific thing to have a kid do, regardless of the fact that he was saved. He did walk off that cliff and fall, completely ready to die. Then they just pretended it never happened. They acted like the only trauma Mike ever experienced was losing El, when he's really been through a lot more than that.
